She definitely can lose the weight cause she’s young. it’s a very hard journey, it’s also a lifestyle change. It’s something you have to stay committed to. What helped me. detox grapefruit juice in a blender, Lemon water, A little tip when making her smoothies do all vegetables only don’t mix them with fruits. What was hard for me was the bread, milk, cheese and snacks especially chips Lol potato pasta and rice also. Frozen foods and fast food. I look forward to see her journey she got this 💪🏼

JaVlogs you’re welcome sis also make sure she’s taken vitamins. Tell by niece lol baby steps, you should have bought that dress 👗 she wanted for a goal for her to be able to wear it later. I went from a 8x to a 3x. organic food also really good because it’s not sprayed with roundup.

Not being judgemental, but as someone who was her size when I was her age I kind of feel how she's feeling through the screen LOL I think if you make meals for the family that are healthy and not focus it just being, her it would help her. Because honestly that's how a lot of people get Eating Disorders. She is a child she shouldn't really have to worry about dieting and all those body image things which cause anxiety in girls her age. I'm just saying because I was once in her shoes. If you normalize the healthy meals in the home then it's not really even a struggle. That's what I had to do for myself as an adult. I still snack on things but I know if I have issue with something I don't bring it in the house. I'm just feel for her because she's going through puberty and having a weight issue. It's a lot for young girls who are super into body image at that age, probably even more so than when I was in school...

Aw she doesn’t need to go through a whole weight loss journey. Just limit snacks in the household, ban sugary drinks and limit fast food to once a week or every other week. Once her puberty hits she’ll hit her growth spurt and thin out in no time, she’ll be fine. Also, since everyone else in the household is going through their own healthy lifestyle change she’ll probably become more active just by going out with you guys.

(When you wash/condition then stretch out sections and blow dry without combing so your curls are elongated). You always inspire me with the food you make looking like a restaurant!. That salmon and that sauce, spinach and baked sweet potato. Yes!
