Flemish is just Dutch with a certain accent. Dutch is the official language, Flemish is not a language. So it is in fact, Flemish Dutch. When I used to title these just "Dutch" I got comments from people from the Netherlands that the title was misleading. But I can't title it Flemish, because Flemish is not a language. Hope that clears it up
Flemish isn't an official language, but a regional version of Dutch. It is similar to the difference between British English versus American English except Flemish has no separate grammar from Dutch. There are mainly differences in word use e.g. pavement vs sidewalk. Hopefully that helps?
