Your consistency is super admirable, but balance is so important for longevity as well. I feel that burnout too! I'm glad you're trying to set boundaries with work. My husband has been telling me to also have a stop time, but it can be so hard haha. Here's to hoping 2025 is a more balanced year for the both of us

For me Nature helps. I went to a scenic but quiet spot for few days. First 3 days, lots of brain chatter. But then it started getting very peaceful. I did use phone or hear podcast etc. Hope this helps 😊
Gday Jess, oh I hear ya, not sure if I’m burnt out or just not in the right head space. My sister had a massive stroke a week before Christmas, she is paralysed down her right side and has lost the ability to speak properly. We as a family have a long journey ahead of us . All I seem to do is cry for her and the things we won’t be able to do anymore . She used to help me at the markets. Oh gosh I’m so sorry for rambling.😢😢
I think winter just makes anyone less motivated. I know you're young and Hypothyroidism is probably not an issue but since i have it i think its possible tired people should get it checked.

definitely make sure you're taking care of yourself first! 🥰 easier said than done! getting up earlier definitely helps !
i think once you take a break you should also pause from checking your phone for orders. meaning no gadget the wholeday just enjoy your rest.

I’m so much more productive in the morning. So i’m up by 5:30 and working by 7am. Plus it’s easy to get to sleep early that way!
