you have to stay away from the wrong people when u do things like this.. i tried to make a move on faith but i had some of the wrong people around me and i wasnt able to see it through .. part of me says the people threw me off but also there’s the issue of me not wanting to deal with all this change in such a short period of time.. i moved to a city i didnt like and had no income ... so i went back to my old situation.. im currently praying for more insight or help
cardboard box It is true that having the right people around matters! Having people who are standing in faith with you definitely helps. It’s so cool though that we have God’s Word and are able to pray as well to build ourselves up in faith! Continue seeking God! He will lead and guide you and cares about every detail of your life!

So I just sent my resignation in today and lo and behold you replied to my message on the same day! I take that as even more confirmation that this is what wanted! I did it and I have no regrets! I left work yesterday after talking to my supervisor about what I am thinking and she understood. When I was driving to work knowing that I was going to speak to her the Holy Spirit was so energetic and could not stop singing and when I got in the car after telling her the Spirit poured out in song for 30 minutes! And then I felt such peace. I wasn't sad at all!!!!!!!!! I've been there 10 years and made great money but that is not what the Lord cares about it! He wanted me to obey and I did and the voice of song exploded out of me instead of the voice of sorrow!!!

ok First Lady! Thank you for sharing your story. I am in the same situation where God has called me out of my job and to trust Him for the next great journey. I know this will be great...yes a little scary but my God will supply all my needs according to His riches and glory...in Jesus' name Amen!
I am so glad I found your testimony. God is asking me to quit my job. In October 2016 he asked me to take a sabbatical from work which was extremely hard to do but I did it. After 3 months I am back at work and he is constantly putting it in my heart to quit. I am really struggling with this. You are correct when you mentioned in your first video that it is a test of faith. I have been immersed in the Bible and God's word for the last few months and I am constantly praying about this and I keep receiving the words "quit your job" I too question is this from me or from God. When I get in my car to go home the Holy Spirit just pours out from me in my prayer language and I feel so sad and sorrowful. So one of the the things you said really struck me and I can't remember your words but something about not having faith really hurts God. Maybe that is why I am feeling this sadness during prayer because I am not being faithful. Thank you for sharing your testimony.

God is sovereign! I can relate to you in wondering whether what you are receiving is from God or not. Thank God that we have the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us :-) During the season I was seeking God to make sure He was leading me to leave my job I found that He confirmed it multiple times. And I had peace about the decision in spite of the uncertainty as to what exactly was ahead. Continue seeking God and expect Him to answer! He is faithful! Can't wait to hear more of your story! Keep me updated!
So what happened?
God spoke to my spirit one day.. i dont think i really understood what it was at first but the best way to describe it is a eureka moment.. i needed a place to live and the city just popped in my head.. and when it popped in my head somehow i knew it was the answer.. i went there when i got a chance and found two diff apartments.. this was after looking for a place all summer and finding nothing, i found two in the same day.. that showed me He is a God of abundance cuz i obviously only needed one but He gave me a choice
You have a lot of guts and you have made me look at my own life with Him in terms of fasting and prayer. Thanks so much sister. God bless you for this message.

I work in corporate America, got the job without a college degree, moved up from computer room to analyst. I hate my job. I don’t look forward to doing my job. The only thing I like about the job are the hours 8AM-4:30PM MF( used to work 2nd and 3rd shift weekends). Anyway, I know that this job is a stepping stone to the next job but now I’m wondering how long do I stay at this company in this position? I know I can’t stay at this job for years and years ( the anxiety and migraines are really bad). I’m not a verbal communicator. I’m great via email and chat but my job requires me to speak in hours long meetings on things I care nothing about but should (its my job to care). Am I being called to leave or is this just myself trying to weasel out of a difficult situation? It’s important for me to discern the difference because I have rent to pay. I’ll pray on this.
U could fix up or update your resume & just start looking for jobs asap while ur working and making your decision & praying and waiting on God.

So now it is 1 month from 2020. what has happened? I left Tulsa in 2016 and am waiting to hear from God what my next steps are.
Hmm, how have you been waiting to hear from God? A great way to serve God while you wait is by serving His people. While unemployed, volunteering for a social service organization (like a homeless shelter) is a great way to find a calling. It also looks great to future employers on a resume.
@@girlanonymous Hi Clare, What I have done is work. I left Tulsa but came here with a job already lined up. What I am waiting on or was waiting on was a direction that I needed to take. Well, a coworker who left about a week ago to finish his Masters and get his Doctorate told me two things. Finish my degree and reapply at BAFB. So I looked into Grantham for my degree and reapplied to BAFB for that position. Now which ever one it is will open up or I continue here and wait on the Lord. It is his perfect timing not mine. Thanks for writing have a blessed day.
