I was 22 yrs old when the 1st "Star Wars" movie came out in 1977..., the only actor that I was familiar w/was Alec Guiness (Bridge on the River Kwai). Can't believe that now, in my late 60's, still find this story & characters so captivating. It truly is a mythology inspired by the space age!
That was excellent! I was half hoping that the evil presence would be Jar Jar, but Palpatine shall do nicely.
What I remember about the rise of the video is... is how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the morning eastern time, the Star Wars fans was discreetly transferred back to Concordia Jedi. It was a silent trip. We all knew what was about to watch, what we were about to like. Did we have any doubts? Any private worrying thoughts? Perhaps, but no one said a word. Not on the flight back to the channel, not when the video came down, and not when we marched into the UA-cam video. Not a word.

Absolutely awesome and I cannot wait for part 3. Alas, but I (and everyone else) must. I have to say you’ve done a decent job bringing in Ahsoka and Rex. Even that cursed plot line regarding the survival/reincarnation of Sidious, Exegol, and the Sith Eternal seems to fit here. Really interested in how Luke & Ani rescue Leia, Han, and co. from the Alliance. Perhaps have Palps strike in the middle of that? Hmmm…
I'd say it fits *now* because Anakin is still alive to fulfill the prophecy.

I like that Jon and Dave have been bringing more of the good stuff from legends into canon (Thrawn, etc) but it’s telling that the one project KK had total control of, she gets the WORST sci-fi director of all time and an egotistical jackass who wanted what HE wanted, franchise lore and what the fans would want be damned. And then they resurrect the dumbest story line in Legends, and expect us to love it unconditionally “because it’s Star Wars”.

I thought that Qui-Gon Jinn wasn't allowed to intervene because if he was than Anakin Skywalker would know the Palpatine was Darth Sidious because Qui Gon would tell Anakin Skywalker
Anakin Skywalker would kill Palpatine before Palpatine would know what happened and Anakin would act like the Separatists killed him
