      Oh thats great and hope u enjoy.. but for this recipe u have to prepare it one night before, coz its a long process to get the consistency

    Salam Everybody! Thanks for the recipe I love Iranian food is so delicious. I like to make this for my husband. (I’m not Iranian) and live in Japan. Can somebody’s tell me another name for the crushed granes. I can’t find something with the same name here. Thanks you if someone could help me.🙏🤗

      Thank you so much for visiting my channel. You can use barley grain or wholegrain instead, but its should be crushed.

    Just a question
    Is it Teaspoon or table spoon because the amount of salt and sugar looks more than teaspoon. Also in the Khamyre you use 1 cup in the next you say 700g (cup?)
    Anyway, im trying to follow your yummy recipe but it’s not easy

      Yes, because both dough have different measurements of Ingredients, one is khameera dough, which should be prepared one day before, and second dough is made with different measurements of Ingredients, should also take rest of 30 mins only and will be combined both dough at the end. AND ITS A TEASPOON (tsp) , NOT A TABLESPOON (tbsp).
