Paddy Ashdown was very bad guy. He and Wolfgang Petritsch were dictators who imposed laws at the expense of Croat population in Bosnia&Hercegovina, which are one of three constitutive people in Bosnia&Herzegowina. They changed constitution of the country without asking people. They closed croatian Herzegowina Bank and stole the money like thiefs, without any proof of irregularity! Encouraged by this politics and by changed constitution and election law, muslems continued to outvote Croatian population by electing both Bosniak/Muslem and Croatian representative. Bosniak have now two representatives, Serbs one and Croats none.
