So, when I lived in Thailand (moved back to England this year), thats where I discovered TSL/Eatbook/Zulu and I remember going past a Ya Kun Kaya Toast in Bangkok, it was like 9:00am so I had the kaya toast, eggs and coffee set for breakfast and I really liked it😋 I went back a few other times. I kind of wish we could buy kaya in England haha. I might look at the Asian supermarket in my city

Ya Kun Kaya is a different league. Especially the steamed bread since it’s something we don’t get usually in other stores
Soya Coffee is really really good!! Can always ask for siewdai (less sugar) if you wish

Dip everything
The "smoked cheese french toast" in the video is actually the french toast. The toasts are cut differently for differentiation. French toast are cut into squares, SCFT diagonally.
Soya Milk Tea: tea + condensed milk + soy milk. My favourite.

Should really try everything on the menu! Kaya muffins not bad. Prefer their steamed to toast kaya butter as the toast is tooooo thin like eating air. (always feels cheated as they you are served a halved slice bread.

I think Yakun Kaya is no pork, no lard kind? Maybe Zhin is not particular about halal food so that could be why he's in this video. Heavenly Wang has a similar menu and is halal certified. Kopi & Tarts, Kaffe & Toasts are halal certified too :)
