There are a few issues with this video, and I hope my suggestions will help. Create the surface in Rhino in the ZX coordinates, i.e., the front view in Rhino. It seems like the author is using different units, not millimeters, but I'm not entirely sure. At 1:11 in the video, there’s a cut, and an important step is missing. The points from the "Divide Surface" component should not go directly into the "Move" geometry. Instead, they need to pass through the "Flatten Tree" component. Later, there’s also a "Relay" component that appears, which I copied from the provided file. This component is placed between "Divide Surface" and "Move." I’m not an advanced Grasshopper user, so I didn’t know that you need to hold Shift to add both Graft Trees to the Loft component. This happens at 3:42 in the video.
Hi i seem to have an issue at 1:05 the points doesnt seem to appear at all and i cant make the wavy effect. would appreciate if you know what happened and how to resolve it . thanks alot :)
Watch the tutorial carefully and follow my step, and make sure that you are not miss any step. If it still has a problem, you need to make clear one thing as below. Surface from Points component is used to create surfaces from the 3D grid of points. “U”, on the Surface from Points component, specifies the number of points in the {u} direction whereas on the Divide Surface component, the “U” specifies the number of segments in the {u} direction. One segment equals to two points, two segments equal to 3 points, and {n} segments equal to {n+1} points. So, when you use the “U” value on Divide Surface component to connect to the “U” value on the Surface from Points you need to plus one (U+1) to match the UCount value. Hope it will help you. Thank you!
the tutorial is useless or incomplete, it happens that all the points go to one end and when creating the surface the computer freezes because of the number of points that went to one end.
the author of the tutorial is deliberately misleading and just wants to watch on the channel, in fact, he does not intends to teach someone although it may seem very simple. Just one question how did you trade your conscience for views

thank you for this tutorial. hope you can make more with voice over and step by step tutorial.
Hi great video but how can i get this to my revit project because i cant select de surface in rhino? Kind regards Pepijn
At 1:11 the point were on the top a second later they were on the side how did you do that?
Sorry for some mistake in the video. Check the link below the video to get the files.
EXELLLLLLLLLLLLLLENT
THANKS FOR LEARNING GRASSHOPPER

Hey, Tank you very much for your Tutorial!
What happens at 1:11 ? I cant follow the step before the Graph Mapper affects the Points
Nothing is happened, it should be my editing skill is not so good. Don't worry, no step is missing just follow my steps.
Hi, how can I design these shapes on a cylindric/vase?

Hi, I encountered a runtime error "The UCount value is not valid for this amount of points." during creating surface from point, how can I solve it?
same error...

Hi I had a problem at 0:29 when I add the move it pushes it upwards
even your files don't work is there something i'm missing
will you answer i have question how did you get to the first place
May I know more clearly about your question ?
the tutorial is useless or incomplete, it happens that all the points go to one end and when creating the surface the computer freezes because of the number of points that went to one end.
I followed everything step by step but it doesn't work (I've Rhino 6 for Mac)
Sorry for some error in the video. Check the link below the video to get the files.
Could you please share your grasshopper file?
Yeah, of course. Check the link below the video to get the files.
