Quench Tank build part 2, with extra bits which I finished off

Phone updated which made my bad editing ever harder to do. Time to download some editing software!
So, did I manage a successful heat treatment?
Or did I end up making a complete arse of the shipwrights axe and langseax I've been working on over the last month?
My little propane forge has served me well, but time for a new one which is a bit bigger.

The bloody antler moved so I've now got 1mm gap. I can fill it but it's still annoying
