I still remember when I discovered a7x, Jimmy had three years dead, the same year I met a7x, it took me a while to realize it, Jimmy had become one of my favorites guys of the band and without realizing it I didn't know that there was no possibility to knowing him one day, he was so talented, he had a very good voice, ability to interpret, and obviously he played the drums very well, added to one of the 100 best drummers of all time. Today, I repeat a7x will always be my favorite band, it still is after a few years, and today I cried again for Jimmy's tragic loss, once again with this song. Looked them up on wikipedia to learn more about them and was surprised that it showed jimmy was a former member. Once I clicked on his name to learn more I found out that he passed away.
I got to see him play live at Taste of Chaos in OKC. Jimmy was amazing I mostly watched him play drums throughout the event. M Shadows vocals were better live then on the CD that night I was in a trance like state. But I was mesmerized for sure. It was like a dream watched them down off the balcony from above. A dream I tell u. Then I woke up and drove home. Fucking amazing absolutely amazing
