Ladder, despite the price, seems very flimsy. Have 100 pounds of sand at the base in the pool and 50 pounds to hold down the outer ladder. Rails, despite the screws are very shaky.
Chinese instructions are more helpful than the ones that came with the ladder. FYI to the ladder company. I have seen a screw go into a hole before...I have seen a tab go into a slot before...what would have been helpful is to see the parts receiving the tabs and screws and how they go together. I'm guessing the same inexperienced people that made the video also took the photos in the paper instructions. The instructions tell what tools are needed. They make it all the way to step 2 before they instruct you to use tools not listed. Did you even watch your own video before uploading it? The ladder is as ridiculous as the video. Buy something else.

This ladder a hundred percent is horrible and I don’t recommend buying it.
Somehow the video is worse than the manual it came with.

It’s definitely flimsy. I can’t get it to stop floating with the sand bags so I’m gonna have to figure something out
