Most of these students are about 16 years old in this video, or about sophomore/10th grade in high school. World War 2 ended in 1945. So when the war ended most of them were only about 5 years old, or in kindergarten class. You can use this as a reference for today's 16-year old and 5-year old generations for today's problems.
Maybe in the year 2086 people will be watching our 2021 videos and wondering about today's generations, too.

"I'm very sorry to disagree with all of you, but I really admire the informal nature of Americans, because in this way the children have more independent thinking, while one of the disadvantages or rather handicaps that I had was that I was guided by my parents to do this, do that, so I didn't get the chance to think. Now, since I arrived here I was quite independent and argumentative of course, and one of the topics on which we argued was, "Who shall have the car tonight? I have been enjoying watching all these archive videos! Student delegates back then are far more interesting and are brilliant. If all leaders of the world sat in a room without too much prejudice and political biases and conflicts, I could say, the world will be a better place. Thanks for sharing these videos! It made my day!

The girl from the UK is so sincere in all the videos I’ve watched that she represented the UK.
Rare to see a coloniser speaking pure truth.

What all said about their thoughts on America are very true and to this day it still is. Those times youngsters enjoy reading books, geography, social studies. I think if not all most of these exchange students became significant in either economic, health or political positions in their countries. Very admirable during that era, all boys in suits and girls in decent dress. I like the old times like that but I like the new era for conveniences.

In times of this pandemic, we should be doing this even if it means through online video.... United and sharing thoughts of each country and finding way how to work together ending this epidemic.....
