Wallace & Gromit Theme But it's done with Synthesizers

- I never upload twice a day but here’s a little treat for you all.
I love the DX7 Brass patch, a lot. It's has such a rich texture and as some of you probably can tell, it's one of my favorite lead instruments.
The Wallace and Gromit Theme is legendary and the original mix from Grand Day Out is my favorite one so I was like, 'Hey imagine if the budget for Wallace and Gromit was even lower so they had to make dinky music on some synthesizers'.
I believe Julian Nott used a syntheiszer on the score (I forgot which one) though.
I've tried to stay authentic to the time period with the synths (DX7, EMU Emulator II and Jupiter 8 VST's)but I've headcanoned this theme to have been done circa '86 or '87 if Wallace and Gromit was a cheaper puppet show like Fireman Sam.

Hey everyone.
Just a quick message. While I know a lot of you enjoy the recreations of O'Donnell and Campbell's legendary work for TTTE. I'd also really appreciate if you'd take a look at music I've written too. I'm looking to experiment and expand as a composer to test my range and ideas, the Thomas stuff is nostalgic and everything but the original works is what I really enjoy to work with. Now you've just got me thinking of some kind of Mike & Junior type varient of that theme. Which honestly, kind of just makes me wonder how an action scene like that, in a classic era Thomas story would go. X)
What about the techno trousers music? (Specifically “Time for walkies”)
What about the hill chase music from a matter of loaf and death as well as Wallace and are go! From a close shave it would be amazingly cracking you know.
I bet the Train Chase music would be played on a Proteus because that was THE sound of the 90s

Also, giving the clarinet countermelody from A Grand Day Out some love? Top tier. Wish we heard it more.

this theme is outstanding. I can’t image what the model train danger theme could sound like though. now that would be insane.
You know what would sound really good with synthesizers? Building a Rocket from the first Wallace and Gromit short. That would sound awesome expanded and given that sound

It's pretty neat to hear the Wallace and Gromit theme synthesized so well! I know some of the audio books/media are synthesized as well as Grand Day Out being partially synthesized. Though none of them have come out as well as this rendition did. Good show SA!

Tbh, the patches used in this are more of the ‘Fireman Sam’ sound from the Yamaha DX7. Not the Jupiter 6.

Some of the original cues and pieces were actually done on a Jupiter Synthesizer ,too , I believe.

This was done mainly with a DX7. A digital synthesiser far different to the Thomas score. This is more closer to the sound of Fireman Sam if anything.
I now wanna see the soundtracks of A Grand Day Out and The Wrong Trousers in this style, especially the song that played during the model train chase sequence from Wrong Trousers
