South Shore commuter railroad is currently being extended to Dyer, IN. about 20 minutes north of CP. Making the commute to Chicago a little more convenient for CP.

It's Crown Point, so no, it's not a bad neighborhood. And you can't find ANY house in CP for less than 200K
You want a local feel for CP

There are restaurants and stores nearby and the city is predominantly white 82% White 8.6 percent Hispanic 5.5% black
