Hello there i think you are being quite rude in this video. there were a lot of friendly people such as paulette and crystal that you met and you had a passive aggressive attitude and tone of voice with them for absolutely no reason. you went into this looking for a fight only to be met with kindness. you seem to have the wrong idea about Winfield. theres a lot of friendly people and our police have caused no problems as far as im aware of. You just seem like you wanted to come here looking for problems where there are none. and if i was that dude in the black car I'd drive off too because i wouldn't want some random dude approaching me while recording because thats weird. also i find it strange that you wanna go around recording liscense plates and asking for names when you dont wanna give out your own name or number for documents YOU asked for. Get a life and do some good in your own community instead of showing up to others trying to fix nonexistent problems

I'm not an auditor so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing, I was asked by a few people to do a records request because this dept is overrun with tyranny due to its location and size and people are afraid to make complaints due to retaliation..Let's see what the future holds once I get the records.. Every morning he comes over on grand boulevard in a sits over there in front of the silver bell sign kind of hide in the South off the edge of the. Road there ever since he was a cop there and on the property there and he go. He sits in front of it all the time given tickets. People come and down from us 30.

Hey, I'm On My Sons UA-cam Account. As A Person Who Lives In Winfield Myself, I Can Say The Some, If Not, Most Of The Police Is Corrupt. My Son, Who Was 8 At The Time, When Around Scaring People In His Halloween Costume, Which That Year Was Michael Myers. He Didn't Have A Knife Or Any Weapons, And Someone Called The Police On Him For Just Walking Around In His Costume. The Police Told Him That If He Did It Again, They Would Take Him To Juvenile Detention Center. I Was Furious And So Was My Son. I Think What Made Me Get More Furious Was The Fact That Some Other Kids, Around 14-17, Were Doing The Same Thing When The Police Was Leaving, And They Didn't Do Anything At All.
Yeah I get a lot of people telling me about that Department all the darkness comes into the flight eventually😙
Omg the exact same thing happened to my 12 year old son! We was camping at our local burnside island because they have an event where campers pass out candy and decorate their campers etc. My son dressed up as Michael myers and was just walking around trick or treating. They called the forest ranger and my son came running saying they told him if he put his costume back on they were going to take him to juvenile. WHAT! If your kids are afraid of scary costumes, don’t bring them trick or treating. Or teach them it’s just costumes! I have a younger son too, and I’ve never complained or called the police over a scary costume.
