James also noted the face was hot and was impressed how far they hit a ball. After watching that video and this one I bought a set. I'm excited to try them. I ordered them 1 inch longer because I'm taller. Another nice option MacGregor offers on their website. I do think sometimes with the big brands you are paying for the name stamped on the club. Performance is not always better and at the end of the day I just want a set of clubs that helps me score the best I can. Hoping these do just that for me.

These things look great for being pretty much free. They sound like an easy recommendation for anyone getting into the game or getting back into the game. The U.S. McGregor site has amazing looking clubs for the money. I'd love to try the MACSPD hollow bodied set with KBS shafts. They look beautiful. Gabe from Let's Play Thru really liked the forged cavity backed models. Great review!
The older stuff is better than the new in my opinion. The tech, the quality, the workability and the style, but the new ones have new tech, but sometimes it’s not about the new or the new tech.

I got these irons, but in UK they are under the RAM brand. Decent set of bats, am enjoying them!
