- Our adventure on the splendid P&O ship, Arvia, continued into Day 6, promising yet another day of awe-inspiring experiences. From the delightful breakfast at the Zenith Restaurant to an excursion exploring a medieval castle, and ending with an evening of sensational entertainment and delectable cuisine, every moment was a testament to the magic of this voyage.
The morning began at the Zenith Restaurant, where we indulged in a sumptuous breakfast. The delightful spread set the perfect tone for the day, offering an array of flavors and options to cater to every palate.
Following breakfast, we embarked on an incredible coach and walking tour to a nearby medieval castle. The historical journey took us back in time, immersing us in the tales of the past as we explored the intriguing corridors and chambers of the castle. The blend of architecture, history, and stories made this tour truly unforgettable.
Returning to Arvia, we prepared for a magical evening of entertainment and fine dining. The stage was graced by the talented Ray Quinn, a male singer whose voice mesmerized us. His performance was a true highlight of the evening, leaving the audience in awe.
As the sun set, we gathered for a lavish four-course dinner featuring exquisite dishes, including succulent salmon and tender steak. The culinary delights combined with engaging conversations made the dinner a truly memorable experience.
In reflection of the day's adventures, we marveled at the seamless blend of historical exploration and contemporary entertainment that Arvia had orchestrated for us. We are on the Arvia in a weeks time and have been undecided about the Limelight Club but after your wonderful evening we will try and get booked! Hi Tony, Yes the flowers did last the hole cruise, They were so beautiful. Yes Ray Quinn is amazing, I did meet him and his lovley boyfriend in person at the end of the Cruise will we were waiting for our taxi and they were waiting for there friend to pick them up. So we had a long chat. 😊X
