Awesome Hot Chocolate Mix: Our Secret Recipe!

Today I reveal my family's secret instant hot chocolate mix recipe, and you're gonna LOVE it!
Just add water and you've got the best creamy hot chocolate ever!!

INGREDIENTS
4 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa
3 3/4 cups caster/bakers sugar or Splenda (or a blend)
15 1/3 cups instant non-fat dry milk (same as 1 - 64oz bag [by weight])
13 1/4 cups powdered coffee creamer (orig flavor) (same as 1 - 56oz tub [by weight])
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar (same as 1lb box/bag)
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Whipped Cream (optional)
Marshmallows (optional)
*TIP: When adding such large amounts to a single bowl, add about 1/2 of your ingredients, stir thoroughly, and then add the rest and mix well until combined and non-lumpy.
To make your hot chocolate, fill your mug about 1/2 full with mix and add very hot water and stir until well mixed. Add additional hot water if necessary and then top with your favorite topping(s)!
