Hey sorry for the late reply, yes all the magnets for the head are 3x1mm. Start with the knife then use the 2mm (5/64) to enlarge the hole before going to the 3mm (1/8) drill bit. Doing it this way makes it easier and more precise with less chance of the drill bit trying to walk around on you.
Hey sorry for the late reply, for the wings and inside the torso I used 7x3mm,for all other arms I used 5x1mm but I would suggest 5x2mm if you can find them and then yes 3x1mm on the head
Here's a tip for you. When your first magnet is in place and you are aligning the parts to find the second magnet's place, put a small dot of paint in the center of the magnet to put the parts together. This should leave a dot of paint on the other part right where your magnet needs to go.

So for the head magnet all are 3x1 mm magnets, however in order to to the hole you first use acharpknife -> then 2 mm -> 3 mm? right?

Hey so the exact size of the magnets for the wings is 6.28mm x 3.01mm, honestly the bigger the better so I would go for 7mm x 3mm
