I want to do the exact same thing. Final product looks awesome. nice small chips, but it looks like it takes forever! to do. if only they didn't get snagged all the time.
you need to find a chicken company near by. Chicken shit is super high in nitrogen and will break down those wood chips faster. Combine it with a hydronics timer and aerated tube/fan and I bet it will only take 30 days for those chips to decompose. good luck.
