The biggest reason I'm putting out today's interview is for people to know THIS amazing inspirational story. Sahil Khan's first love was always fitness and bodybuilding. That same love took him to Bollywood when he got cast in the 2001 cult classic Style. Eventually, Sahil Khan moved back into the world of fitness & bodybuilding. Today Sahil khan is one of India's top online fitness coaches and social media fitness icons. A lot of people in the comment section are "accusing" him of using steroids. Well, truth be told, he probably is using steroids considering his body and age. But you guys need to understand that steroids are not some magical liquid that just gives you 10kg of muscle the day after you use them. The only thing steroids do is vastly improve your potential to pack on muscle mass. Ultimately, it boils down to whether you eat right and do the workouts properly. If you juice up and then simply sit home eating cake and potato chips, you won't get the body that you want. Whether it's Amir Khan or Sahil Khan, steroids or completely natural, if you don't put in the hours in the gym and on your plate, you won't reach anywhere. It's as simple as that.
It isn't really as simple as that bruh. Steroids makes you feel strong suddenly so you tend to workout more and lift more weight. Plus they also bulk you so now very less input is required from your side. Steroids wins you the mind game after which you find it amazing to lift heavier weight which is very difficult if you are a natty. So STEROIDS HELPS IN BOTH THE PHYSICAL GAME AND THE MIND GAME. (Temporarily) Then they fuck you up.
