Thunder can't infinite stun that's from the last lore. The true stun limb cut passive has a 10 second cd.
Which is what i have basically stated if you watched the full video bop
I even had a pop up of the developers saying that u gain defence to limb cuts the passive cd i could've added but i couldn't find it in logs
