Iv ben in simi for over thirty years work in box canyon and simi as a plumber , this guy has no idea what he is talking about!! Hahahaha but he's having a good time freaking out his passenger!!
There have been strange people in the Knolls and the canyons decades before these young weirdos were even born. Their entire generation is delusional freaks and they're judging other people?
The scariest part of Simi & box canyon is the SANTA SUSANA FIELD LABS. My favorite quick canyon to drive valley girl style. There are not weird people there they've mutated thanks to SSFL
Yeah women are going to stop and stare to try and intimidate a random guy who pulls up and watches you. It’s creepy af to do that to women. We are already on high alert all the time.
I live in Calabasas. Simi Valley is as safe as it gets. This video is a joke. Simi Valley is mostly extremely wealthy and conservative people. I hike there often in secluded wilderness areas by myself and I’m much more worried about encountering a mountain lion than a dangerous person.
This area is also beautiful and a common spot for people to drive through and just sight see a lot of people will also pull over and enjoy the nice views it has to offer. Not at all a dangerous area. It is actually a very peaceful area where you can drive up park and take in the scenery. Very common for high schoolers back in the day to go out there on a date or to hang out. This video shares a ton of false information.
@@tahnaiyarussell I've got one for you. Growing up in Simi till I moved to Kansas in 2004 (35yrs), I partied a lot in box canyon and gravity hill, Corriganville and the train tunnels. But, researching the solar farms where I'm at now, led me to the salt mines in Hutchinson, KS., which led me back home to SSFL. Talk about a round trip! With Biden's infrastructure bill, I was researching the source of energy they would use to phase out coal and fossil fuel production and I came up with hybrid nuclear/solar and nuclear/wind farm renewable sources. There's definely more info on SSFL since I left, and found the meltdown most interesting with Brandeis institute at the base of the property, both establishing business in 1957, and Brandeis conducting water and soil samples and claiming tests had always came back in normal range. And then when I heard about the civil suit between the camp and Boeing, I'm like wow! And then the Woolsey fire right when the lockdowns were happening, right after that club shooting before the fire happened, it's all part of the illusions of the magician on stage. While the audience is looking at this hand, they're not looking at what's really going on over here, the Woolsey fire. And then I learn the contractor Boeing hires to handle fire emergencies at SSFL, had engine failure responding to the call of the fire reported two minutes before energy company alarm signaled trouble with the circuit at SSFL. So fire raged out of control and burnt down Kim Bassinger's house down shortly after her daughter tried to get home to grab family pets and other sentimental items, but got stopped at a road Block preventing her access to her house. Then, the sheriff loses his commission seat with the firefighters Dept of Forestry or something to that sort. And now, Alex Baldwin, her dad, shoots and and kills a cinematographer shooting the scene when the prop gun discharges a live round. While that is going on, I get a news notification that Bill Gates announced the site and location of his new hybrid sodium reactor/wind farm project in Wyoming, claiming it's never been done in a commercial application, and that's it's a completely safe renewable energy to replace fossil fuel and coal production. I think we're looking at another disaster. I urge you to look into this and let me know if I've gone completely insane, or if any of this independent research I've conducted makes any sense! I really don't want to live through another meltdown a second time in my life. If you've done any research on sodium reactors, the plug was pulled on all of them for a reason, look at SSFL!
Somewhere I’d hate to get a flat tire and not have a spare or decide to go for a hike at. 👹 and the girls that do the yard work are trying to bait you in.😈⚰️
Do you mean Jolly West? Manson was definitely hanging out with Venta's cult before he started his own cult. But you are right, the MK Ultra psychologists were involved with Manson. Helter skelter directly mimics Venta's "predictions".
Well that was intertaining..lol..... Fun fact, The abraham Lincoln busts near the Chatsworh side cenemted in the walls were made from the same mold from the Lincoln Talks in Disneyland!
All a bunch of hooey. No mysterious girls are hanging around - floating about the ground - it's a normal house, she drives a white VW bug and probably when she gardens, stops and glares at the weirdo slowing down to gawk at her. So lame. This video might be more of a fun fest for someone who has never driven in it - but for someone who takes it twice a day, every day - this is all just malarky.
Not sure your guide is in this video but he seems to be little misleading or misunderstood I live right below here and the three girls that's funny just fyi lol n so
Best part of this is the guy who freaks out his passenger. This info is so crazy wrong. The most dangerous part of this is how he talks about the people and there property. Hes just going to piss-off the owners
I was abducted by a cult when I was jogging through there one day. I woke up three days later in Stoner's Den with a micro chip in my neck and a pierced nipple.
I remember my parents taking me through box canyon several times as a kid in the mid seventy’s. I remember all of the hippies living on both sides of the road. I believe a yogi got blown up with a bomb for sleeping with someone’s wife.
No, but there is an old biker bar about a half mile before the start, It was called the Hideaway i believe, It's shown on the Geico comercial where the biker starts to cry..lol

Exactly...except for Manson...never have experienced anything like he is saying, lol.

The flying pig sculpture is great. Never gets old. Been down the road more times than I can count. Great shortcut from simi to the SF valley.
True but I think the original is in Topanga Canyon?
I hate this cause its all fake but I love it cuz it’s so funny lmao

Box Canyon never changes, looks like it did in 1970's when I commuted daily on it Simi to Chatsworth.

I was raised and grew up in Simi Valley it’s the perfect place to live grow up raising children work socialize invest.
I spent a lot time in Box Cyn 1971-73, Kenny & Linda's cave. Up above the fire station. It was weird and dangerous back then.

Uhhh, this video has lots and lots of errors. I get that anyone can say anything they want, but why not get your "facts" a little closer to reality?
What are the errors?
Foreal
So you're not going to say what those errors are so Jason and I can know? We're open to learning.

Those properties are very expensive. Box Canyon is very beautiful
It's California you can not care a gun unless you have a CCW.
Haha I don’t know what part of the state you live in, but there are lots and lots and lots of people carrying guns. The law is more like a suggestion.
Omg, half of this isn’t even in Simi!
Those pigs can also be seen in Topanga on your way to Malibu
Topanga canyon and box canyon are very similar.
mansion didnt 'get his start'at any krishna ventna' place try san franckisco and that weirdo psychologist ' jolley roger' or whatever hs name was

Fairy tales. not much of this is true. I've spent alot of time up there and have never experienced WEIRDOS. or people being allowed to carry guns.
You can carry on property

In the old days, they use to say Box Canyon folks ran around barefoot and pregnant.
