Alternatively, put the microwave and your baseball bat to good use. Going forward, be mindful of which devices you have used to access which seed phrases, so you can better manage your security.
I once heard an interview with the people from Ledger. The question was: if someone steals my Ledger Nano, will they be able to retrieve my seed phrase and use it? The answer was: yes, but only if they got really high end stuff and it would take them a few weeks.
