Inorder to avail all protection ,Here we used two double pole rccb.
one rccb is given for main supply and another rccb is given for inverter supply.
Main power coming from KSEB is feeded to a double pole mcb.Output of mcb is connected to rccb.
Output of same rccb is distributed to single pole mcb's. Input for inverter is taken from one of the same single pole mcb.
Here comes the main point in this video,
We have to take both phase and neutral from inverter for this kind of wiring.Normally we take only phase which is not as per safety guidelines.
So we take phase and neutral from inverter and given to another double pole rccb.
From this rccb we are distributing to all inverter points.
Also in this video ,We have shown how to connect same to a switch board.

വെറുതെ മണ്ടത്തരം പറയാതെ ചേട്ടാ.. എല്ലാ inverter(നോർമൽ ഹോം ups) ന്റെ ഉള്ളിലും ഇൻപുട്ട് ന്യൂട്രലും ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് ന്യൂട്രലും common ആക്കിയാണ് വരുന്നത്.സംശയം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ചേട്ടൻ ഒരു multimeter എടുത്ത് input cord wire ന്റെ ന്യൂട്രലും ഔട്ട്പുട് socket ലെ ന്യൂട്രലും തമ്മിൽ continuity ഉണ്ടോന്നു നോക്ക്..
ചുമ്മാ seperate neutral ആണെന്നൊന്നും പറയല്ലേ..അറിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ അറിയാവുന്ന ആരോടെങ്കിലും ഒക്കെ ചോദിക്ക്..
ഈ വയറിങ് circuit നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്ന കാര്യവുമായി യാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ല.
കാരണം,.Mains input ഇല്ലാത്തപ്പോഴും kseb ന്യൂട്രലും ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ന്യൂട്രലും linked ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഇതിൽ ഒരു rccb trip ആയികൊണ്ടിരിക്കും..
KSEB power ഇല്ലാത്ത സമയത്ത് Main RCCB ട്രിപ്പ് ആകും. പിന്നെ KSEB power വരുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും Main RCCB on ആക്കേണ്ടി വരും.

Thanks for creating safety awareness when Inverter is setup at homes. One improvement that can be given is you can add a two way switch to bypass Inverter so that in case of any issue with Inverter, the two way switch can help to bypass / link the MCBs under Inverter ELCB to the non-Inverter KSEB power via the main ELCB powered MCBs.

ഒരു സംശയം കൂടി ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ഇൻ ന്യൂട്രൽ ആദ്യത്തെrccb യുടെ ഇൻ ഇൽ നിന്നു കണക്ട് ചെയ്യണം എന്നുള്ള വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു കൺഫ്യൂഷൻ ആയി ഞാൻ ഇതിൽ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെയാണ് ചെയ്യാറുള്ളത്
ബ്രോ എങ്ങനെയാണു ന്യൂട്രൽ separate ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇൻവെർട്ടറിൽ ചാർജിങ്ങിനായി ന്യൂട്രൽ phase കൊടുക്കും out put ആയി ന്യൂട്രൽ phase ഇൻവെർട്ടറിൽ നിന്നും വരും... Kseb ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ kseb ഫയിസും ന്യൂട്രലും. Kseb ഇല്ലാത്തപ്പോൾ ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ഫസും kseb ആയി internal ആയി ഇൻവെർട്ടറിൽ connect ആയിട്ടുള്ള ന്യൂട്രലും. എന്റെ ചോദ്യം phase നമുക്ക് separate ആക്കാം ന്യൂട്രൽ എങ്ങനെ separate ആക്കും... 🤔
ഇത് പോലെ രണ്ട് Rccb കൊട്ടുക്കുകയാണെകിൽ Inverter neutral kseb യുട്ടെ കണക്ഷൻ വരുന്ന Rccb യിൽ കണക്ട് ചെയുകയില അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ ട്രിപ്പ് ആയികൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കും

KSEB line കട്ട് ആയാൽ, ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ഔട്ട്പുട് മുതലുള്ള സപ്ലെ ഐസൊലേറ്റഡ് സർക്യൂട്ട് ആവില്ലേ. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളപ്പോൾ അവിടെ RCCB വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുമോ. ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ഔട്ട്പുടിൽ സീറോ വോൾട് ന്യൂട്രൽ അല്ല ലഭിക്കുന്നത്(ന്യൂട്രൽ ഗ്രൗണ്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല ). രണ്ട് ലൈനും ഒരേ സ്വഭാവമാണ് കാണിക്കുക.അങ്ങനെയുള്ളപ്പോൾ RCCB ഫൻക്ഷൻ കറക്ട് ആവുവോ.
ഇൻവേർട്ടർ ചാർജിങ്ങ് നടക്കില്ല എന്നതിലപ്പുറം 2-ാമത്തെ RCCB യുടെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തെ ഒരു തരത്തിലും ബാധിക്കില്ല

ഞാൻ ഒരു 1KVA ഇൻവെർട്ടർ വാങ്ങി.മാനുവലിൽ :
ഇൻവെർട്ടർ ഇൻപുട്ടിൽ elcb/rccb കണക്ട് ചെയ്യരുത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.ഇത് ഒന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കാമോ?
This implementation is better.. We get isolated Neutral(from the KSEB's neutral) for the Inverter output. There is one more point. If there is a leakage in the inverter connected path and if the loead is being fed by the inverter, it will trip the RCCB in the inverter section, only if the output side of the inverter output transformer (isolating transformer ) is earthed. And when the load is supplied from the KSEB lines and if there is a leakage in the inverter section load, the main line's RCCB will trip, not the inverter section's. (if the inverter output has an isolated neutral).

How can we know that the output side of isolating transformer is earthed or not? My inverter (Luminous brand) has a 3 pin socket at the output and the earth terminal of it is linked to the earth terminal at DB. Will this be ok?

Mcb, rcccb, isolator ഏതായാലും input supply എപ്പോളും അതിന്റെ താഴത്തെ pole ൽ വേണം കൊടുക്കാൻ... Output മുകളിലും കൊടുക്കണം... അപ്പോൾ എംസിബി, റാസ്ബ, isolator off പൊസിഷൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ കറന്റ്‌ സപ്ലൈ താഴെ വന്നു നിക്കും... അത് on ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ ഔട്ടിലേക്ക് സപ്ലൈ പോവുകയുള്ളു... മാറി കൊടുക്കണ്ട... 🙂🙂

@@TechCornerMalayalam ചില ഇൻവെർട്ടറിൽ സെക്കന്റ്‌ rccb ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ kseb ന്യൂട്രൽ ഐസൊലേറ്റ് ആയാൽ വർക്ക് ആകില്ല.. എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ ഞാൻ ഇത് കുറെ നാൾ മുന്നേ വച്ചത് ആണ്.. അതിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് 2500 va custom made local invertor ആണ്.. അതിൽ kseb ന്യൂട്രൽ ഐസൊലേറ് ആയാൽ ഇൻവെർട്ടർ rccb വർക്ക് ആകില്ല..
ഇ ചാനൽ ഒരു സംഭവമാണ് ഇത് കണ്ടിട് വീട് വയറിങ് ചെയ്താൽ .......ആകും
