I’ve moved on to the Gfx100sii it’s the next step past the a7rv. Autofocus is amazing, I found the 100s unusable outside of the studio but and blown away by the new one. Selling all my Sony gear and moving on to gfx full time. Sony can keep the vlogging and sports guys happy
Hello any news about Viltrox 135 mm1.8. I think problems with AF is reason for delay. I own 27mm 1.2 but i think from 50mm up the AF is way behind Sigma, Tamron and Sony Would you make a survey video? Viltrox 75 1.2 owners should please describe AF performance. 1. is like with AF-S mode. 2. Like in AF-C mode, for example, children playing, or animals that move faster. And last question AF on video. Thanks
Maybe Nikon will open up compressed raw? That'd be pretty big and every manufacturer would be able to dive in to implementing their own in lower end cameras without worrying about increasing it's cost for licencing.
This is the second year Sony has been pushing vloger style cameras. The only full frame full camera they came out in the past year and a half now was the A9iii. Nikon just came out with the dream camera the z6 and z8. Cannon is coming out with the R1 and R5ii. And Sony is coming out with the zve10 ii come on Sony. These other camera brands are giving us what we want and you are falling behind seriously.

Who is "we"? You realise Sony probably sells more vlogging cameras? That's where the market is now. Any company would be crazy to ignore it or not give it priority

A rumour as big and at a simular level to the L mount. hard to guess what. But Samsung and dji or maybe a Chinese manufacturer entering/ rentering the camera market using identical os (android?) and shared technology I would suggest is at that level. Would definately shake up the market.
I wonder what could be the big rumor: Nikon going medium format? Sony going medium format? Sony buying Nikon? DJI enters the mirrorless full frame camera market? Fuji revamping the GFX mount with the smallest possible flange distance and going the "one mount" route for APSC and MF? Panasonic ending the M4/3 format? A big brand buying OM Systems? Pentax going mirrorless with a new mount? Canon fully opening the RF mount? Viltrox enters the L Mount Alliance? Ttartisan going into L Mount? Sony curved sensor in a real camera?

JIP business is buying, investing, restructuring and selling companies or brands. They could get a good margin selling OM System to another player, and some companies could have interest in buying, given the technologies, patents, optical designs, production capacity, distribution network, and all the other assets OM System have.

I sold my ZV-E10 to get the new version as a second body for my a6700 - for mostly photography. I hope it has a mechanical shutter.
It's essentially on par with the a6700. I think they are improving the heat sink of the camera a bit.

Disappointed by the Sony 85mm 1.4 mk2 release date. Was hoping I could buy it before going on holidays, guess I'll go with the Sigma version now.

ZV-E10II won't have IBIS, and viewfinder. That's a cheaper A6700.
It won't be weather sealed it won't have a viewfinder it won't have Ibis and may or may not have mechanical shutter
