  • Do you want to know why real estate is the ideal investment for building massive wealth?
    In this video, I'll share with you exactly why real estate is your ticket to getting rich.
    Real estate has enabled me to go from working at a full-time job that I absolutely hated to living a lifestyle where I don’t need to work a 9-5 job anymore while also helping me become a multi-millionaire.
    So don't let the misconception that “real estate is only for the wealthy” hold you back from achieving financial freedom because almost anyone can get into real estate as long as you are preparing for it and starting as early as you can.

    This man has single handedly changed my view on life and work. Before I thought I’d work till I die and be miserable but now I have a clear plan and a good idea on how to start. Thank you Sean!

    Sean I'm seeing some mobile homes available that I think I might be able to cash flow well. Is there a reason to avoid mobile homes or do I just have a stigma?

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Рік тому +4

      Hey Madison, I know several people who invest in mobile home parks because of the higher cashflow. The major downside is that you're dealing with a tenant base that may not be able to afford the monthly payments, so even though the proforma numbers look good, your actual returns will be less.

    After beginner years do you recommend getting a real estate license?

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  8 місяців тому +1

      I don't think a real estate license is necessary to invest in real estate.

    Is it possible to get a house in mortgage and sell that house in profit and pay full payment to the bank ??? If yes then give a example how can it be done ,plz brief it...thanks

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Рік тому +1

      Yes, it's definitely possible. When you sell the home, you need to pay off the outstanding principal balance to your lenders and keep the rest. So if the property increases in value during that time, you'll make a profit!

    Any tips on how to save “cash reserve” for each property ?

    • @seanlovesrealestate
      @seanlovesrealestate  Рік тому

      I make it part of my savings goal before I buy a property. Then once we own it, we take 10% of the gross revenue and keep it in a separate account so that we have enough to cover any surprise expenses

    Thank you! I always looked down on people who were into real estate since I never quite understand the value of passive income.
    You made it incredibly simple to understand which is great because I’m honestly very simple minded and need a step by step explanation to properly memorize what I’m learning.

    I just got out of collage and got a job which pays me around 22000$ i am currently in debt of 157000$ and i know i should start investing but with rent,student loans and other expenses i am able to save very little portion of my money. I took student loan because i was told it was good but now i realise i am stuck in it. I want to get started with investing and real estate but i cant save enough.please can you give me some advice to start investing

      I think your first step is to find a job that pays more than $22,000, especially if your debt is at $157,000. Create a savings plan and stick to it while building up your credit score!
