why is it that you have to select every column of the survey by hand on its own? Is there no automatically way to do this with datagrids??

You can click "Add Default Columns" to add alll of your survey columns in one action when creating a datagrid.

How can i download the xlsx form designed through form builder in mWater so that we can edit and deploy the form with edits into system. Here i am not talking about respnse data in excel

Can you email [e-mail] with more information about your use case? The intent is to use the online designer to continue to edit the form once you have imported it. There is no XLS Form export currently, however you can download the survey design in json format through the organization backup feature.

If you created a water system site, you can find it in the Portal Water Systems page portal.mwater.co/#/water_systems. You can also use datagrids to pick out the data you want to see and download portal.mwater.co/#/resource_center/report_datagrids

@@victorybelongstoyeshua Can you email about this to [e-mail] with details of your water system ID? If you go to the water system page on the Portal you will see a Download System option on the top right of the page.
