As usual......fantastic footage! Last June I was in Norway for almost three weeks. It was my third visit. I have to admit that it is still my favourite holiday destination. I am so in love with the beautiful Norwegian nature, peace and quiet! I can't wait to go back. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy videos like this one. So thanks again for sharing.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm thrilled to hear you liked the video and that Norway holds such a special place in your heart. It sounds like you had an amazing time here! Do you have any favorite spots or experiences from your trips that stand out?
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone That's a tough question. In my opinion, you have to stop after every corner because there is another fantastic view. I find the fjord region at the west coast of Norway incredibly beautiful. So far, this is my favourite part of the country. I have to say, however, that I have not yet visited the north of the country, from the Lofoten Islands to the North Cape. But that will definitely happen in the future! Hopefully on my BMW R1200RT. In 2023, the ferry service between the north of the Netherlands and Norway went bankrupt. There are now plans to re-establish this direct link between our countries. This would save me from having to drive 1000 boring kilometres on the motorway to the north of Denmark to take the ferry to Norway :-) Have a great Christmas. Luc
@@Luc_Motor4youNL I totally agree with you on which part is more beautiful. The west coast all the way from Stavanger to Kristiansund is really beautiful. Lofoten, well the city of Narvik is as far north as I have been. A shame not having visited the north cape yet but maybe next year. We used the Holland Norway Lines from Kristiansand to Emden for our eurotrip in 2022. We loved it! We still had to ride 3 hours from home to Kristiansand but it was totally worth it when not having to ride all the way through Denmark and the northern part of Germany. Don't get me wrong, I love both countries but when the main destinations are the alps in Italy and Switzerland, then Denmark and Germany are just transportation legs where we use the highway/autobahn all the way through to save time. So I prefer the use the smaller roads when going back home. And although the autobahn can be fun at times, I also find it to be very tiring and boring after a while. Specially if the weather is bad on top of it all. But its a nice opportunity to let the bike stretch its legs and go a little bit faster than you are allowed to at home... 😆 Hope you have a great Christmas as well! ./Geir
Another beautiful film. Norway is such a beautiful country in terms of natural beauty. I wish you happy holidays and a healthy and safe 2025 with many motorcycle kilometers. I look forward to the next film. Greetings from the Netherlands.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Peter! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Wishing you wonderful holidays too, filled with joy and adventure. Here’s to a healthy and safe 2025 with plenty of motorcycle journeys ahead! Thank you for watching! I’m excited to share more videos with you soon. Greetings back from Norway!
@MotorcycleCameraDrone Thank you. I hope to be able to drive a bit more next year. Which countries are still on your to do list? Have you ever been to the Netherlands?
@@Peter_Stoffels No, apart from a short stop at the airport, I have not yet been to the Netherlands. Do you have any roads, regions and places you would recommend I go to? Apart from the Netherlands I also want to go to Belgium, UK and of course France and Spain. And the whole eastern part of Europe as well. =)
@@MotorcycleCameraDrone Enough beautiful places or routes. It depends on what you like. In the spring you can see many fields full of blooming flowers in the provinces of North - South Holland, especially a lot of tulips. In the province of Gelderland you can drive beautiful routes with many memories of the WWII. In the province of Limburg we have the Mergelland route. You can also drive the famous Elfstedentocht (skating competition) by motorcycle. I have been to England myself in 2016. Then via Belgium and France by train to Folkstone. I drove around there for 4 days including Wales. If you are considering coming to the Netherlands, give me a sign and I will help you on your way.
@@Peter_Stoffels Thank you very much for the tip. I have have been playing with the thought of going to WW2 memorial sites, concentration camps and such all over Europe as well. Maybe that will be something I will do in the future. If/when I go to the Netherlands I will let you know! Thanks Peter! 👍🏻
Astonishing
Thank you very much! 👍🏻🙂
