She may have one but I don’t think she has one. You can make vocaloids and stuff talk / sing in different languages without the voicebank of that english. For example: (v)Flower doesn’t have a english voicebank but people did find a way to make her sing / talk in english but again idk that much about SeeU-
I have to say, my opinion on this asap. I love Seeu but the tuning is terrible. Her maydays seem like she is loosing her voice (2:31), the scream was awful (2:56) , and this is horror : ( 3:10) , ( 3:02) i know she is korean but dang....

SeeU is V3, so unfortunately, she doesn't have a growl at all. :( It's just limitations on the voicebank's part, not the creator.
