Hi Alona, thanks so much! It really depends on the kind of vibe you're looking for, but some favourite locations of mine are Angel/Islington, Pimlico, Kensington and Notting Hill. They're cute residential areas with great shops and restaurants. You should know that right now it might be harder to find an equivalent in the same price range as my flat as I signed my lease during the height of the pandemic when landlords were scared of not being able to find a tennant before the looming lockdown took effect. Hope you find something you love and have a smooth transition to London!
Thanks! Perhaps in larger homes and outside of central London they are not as much of a rarity, but in our experience, this was the only flat that we toured (and there were many) that had separate washer and drier units!

Considering the astronomical costs of rentals in London, this is fantastic value for this type of flat in Central London.
Yes, prices were quite low when we signed due to the pandemic! Would probably not have been able to afford this place if that weren't the case :)

Nice flat! Just wanted to add that separate washer driers are common in the UK- just depends on the size of the home tbh. 😊

I’d say go to zone 3/4 unless you need to be in real central though it’s very expensive. I’m in hampstead
