I kept waiting to hear the "autotune" that people were commenting about. I just don't hear it. These days if a singer can actually hold a pitch, everyone just assumes it's autotune... It's sad really.
The first song I heard him sing, Save The World Tonight, sounded very pitch corrected. This song sounds even more so corrected via the computer. I don't think he uses Autotune, as it gives more of a T-Pain sound. He probably uses Melodyne or another pitch correction software. It's a common practice in the music industry - even for vocalists that are truly amazing singers, Mariah, Christina, Adele, Jessie J, but that's just to smooth out vocal bumps. But to me, it's overly evident in this cover. I'd be interested in hearing him sing live... I bet he doesn't sound like this. He does have a nice tone though.

collin is an amazing singer. ive seen him sing live more than once and he hits all his notes and doesnt need autotune. maybe his effects made it sound like autotune, but probably not purposely to correct any notes because he's honestly so great (:

The quality of the video is perfect. I love his voice even if his voice is not natural. He is beautiful. It is courageous to take that song is hard to sing. I like it but i still prefer the original version or Madilyn Bailey's cover.

A lot of people say he uses auto tune, it sounds a lot like he does when you hear him sing but he gives off a certain acoustic that makes his voice blend very well with what he is singing. I personally do not think he is using auto tune because it isn't just pitch correction but involves altering ones voice. If you heard his performances on the voice it sounds like he is using auto tune as well. However that isn't possible considering he is singing live. I think he has a very unique voice and it is unfortunate we don't hear as much music coming from him.

He isn't using autotune, what y'all are hearing is some reverb. It just fills up those bare areas in his songs. Also he just has an amazing voice, get over it. :D
As a musician, those "adjustments" you made are explicit to my ear, although it may not seem so noticeable to the average ear. Nothing ever compares to raw vocal talent and dynamics. However, this acoustic version of this song is a lot better than the original. Gr8 job on the music.

You can put autotune on on 5% or 14% or 34% or 100% . The lower ones are not noticable. This sounds like it does have some
I don't think it's auto tune. It's just reverb. MOST ALL SONGS have a little reverb in them.
