I was never really worried. I knew Louisville would bring home the trophy, I knew from the start of the season. Louisville was the most elite team that season.
I will never forget how exciting this 3-4 minute sequence was to witness in person. Granted, I was 6 rows from the back of the stadium, and nobody on the court could hear my screaming, but the entire Final Four was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life, and this was the icing on the National Championship cake.
There's not many other teams in sports history that played like these guys. No real freak athletes or super stars. These dudes played for the guy next to them and they picked each other up. Sooo much fun to watch.

Being a life long card fan , as far as basketball , this was like my second favorite thing ever.....but I'm sorry , I don't see anything I have witnessed topping the last game in Freedom Hall. Nothing. You could not have written a better script than the storyline on top of what happen in Louisville that day......but this was pure magic on its own.

This was a great game! The first half was just insane with all the big shots made by both teams. Louisville just had too much size on the interior and they executed a lot better than Michigan in the second half. After Michigan went up 12, Louisville just wore them down.
It's just crazy this kind of sequence happened in the national championship game while down by 12. 4 straight 3s by Luke and the dunk by Trez to cap it off. This could've happened in the regular season but didn't. Could have happened in an earlier tournament round but didn't. Happened when the lights were the brightest. It's like something Hollywood might write up.
