This video was so necessary for the new year. You always hear about everything others did or what you "need" to do but it's nice to hear someone tell you to just do little things and make it fun.
some of my resolutions this year were to stay motivated, resilient and hard working throughout all my GCSE exams, be more kind to myself, be more mentally positive and focus on the small parts of my life that make me happy and try and be more active in a way that doesn’t put body image in focus but instead my fitness and wellbeing!

I have a sewing project, I put on hold 2 years ago. My 1 and only resolution, is that I want to get that finished ASAP, and (preferably) sew, or otherwise buy something I like, AT LEAST 1 per quarter, but preferably 1 every month! Partly why this is REALLY hard for me, is because society says cirtain people can wear cirtain kinds of clothes, but I cannot! I'm going to ANYWAY! 😝🤪
