One more thing, the attire she chose to wear, the skirt could've been a tad longer. That mini pleated skirt is not appropriate (gives the impression of trying hard to appeal young and edgy, not youthful). This woman is already pretty and elegant.

There is no way 40 y/o is around 60.. He needs to drop her and get a 60 something that appreciates her looks for her age, because this gal looks 60. From the looks of her style she is have an identity crisis which is bad for the 70 year old man. I know because I'm having that problem too. I am 74 and am still attracted to younger women and my 60 y/o wife (who looks good for her age) is older that the women I'm attracted even though I say nothing to them.
