Yes. Truly.
Sharing this with everyone I know. Merci for a great tour Colin.
Thank you for your support. Much appreciated 🙏
Marble everywhere. Amazing, and I bet it remains cool even in the hottest weather.
Yes. Top quality everywhere in this Riad.
Good show, Colin!
Cheers, Daniel!
Some day!! Lovely, it will be sweep up quickly ❤
Do you do properties or farm houses in the northern part of the country? Such as Tangier, Tetouan, Hocima, rtf? Marrakech is great but boy the summer season is extremely hot. The place can get hotter than Dubai.
It's true that summer is hot in Marrakech. Yet it's a dry heat and quite tolerable.
We don't currently have any farms available in the North. Keep checking in and if you see something give us a shout.
Colin, what is the surrounding area like here - can you send me more details please. We will be in position by September, but this one wont hang around long.
Simply beautiful❤
Yes, a perfect pied a terre.
i love it
hi colin.... this is perfect also and for a (bachelor) or a couple with no kids .....
a petite luxury riad i would say... very elegant... bravo
....or for some retired couple who are fed up with the cold and rainy weather in England , Germany , Austria ( even by the end of May ).......
@@connys.a2412 👍👍👍👍
@@connys.a2412 it's a logical idea😊😊 but for a retired (old) couple maybe a little bit difficult because of a lot of stairs up down and other things....
@@user-tk9ln3cv4h Yes , but if they are in relative good health ( and " heat proof " ) the stairs could even be beneficial .....
