Good luck playing this as it still has many bugs that have been there since day 1 - if you repair the Lobby too soon everything you have done will be destroyed by the quest line, the disco and roof garden are not part of the quest line as they were added by DLCs. Your next move should probably be to renovate room 103, here's hoping you don't encounter too many bugs, I'm still struggling with HF2 crashes lol

If you have a item like that chair you wanted to rotate. If you press q or e once it rotates in 45 degrees like you found out, but if you hold e or q you can rotate it kinda freely in a angle you like
