    I find a lot of Mexican homes unattractive -- unless built to North American taste, they've got ugly floors, feel closed in...Mexico's now officially overpriced.

      A gentleman from San Clemente California felt that this property with two homes and with 5800 square feet was overpriced and should only be worth $400,000 USD. I researched homes in San Clemente California. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom single level townhouse with only 1250 square feet was selling for $850,000 USD!!! Property taxes for that townhouse was $11,000 USD per year! Insanity! Property taxes on these homes for the year would be around $500 USD total. For 2 homes!!! And you are saying this Mexican property is overpriced?

      @@wormslakechapalamexicoprop8376 Prices are even higher in Boulder, Colorado. Former servants' houses are going for a million, sometimes more depending on the neighborhood.

      @@Renee60722 Every individual has an opinion of value on a particular area or property. Upper La Floresta is one of the premier communities to live in. The smaller second home could rent for $1800 to $2000 USD per month. Boulder is an incredible University town. To some, the home prices are fair. To each their own.
