Try the smoke oysters with a salt cracker with a bit of some time of cheese, it could be cream cheese or any cheese really you can put tomatoes on it or sweet chili sauce. It gives a really great taste rather than eating it plain

I have trouble getting blood drawn because you really can't see my veins == what works is remembering which arm does better, relaxing, and have them check your skin -- I was told I have thick skin so they use a different size
needle and they use a 'butterfly' which lifts the skin and helps. Some techs are open to this information, and others get offended as if you are telling them how to do their jobs. If that is the case, I just tell them 'good luck'
