It's not always about specifications on paper, the reliability of Honda engines is top notch, add to it lower servicing cost and good service provided by Honda service centres. Bajaj and TVS are good but can never match Honda in engine refinement, reliability and servicing cost. But sadly, most of us Indians only care about numbers which is why these Indian manufacturers skip the reliability and refinement part.
When it was launched in 2016, I wanted to buy it but my father didn't agree and I went for Livo. I'm glad I bought livo because petrol price is sky rocketing day by day😄😄
Trust me when I say you'll forget the petrol price when you get the thrill of riding.. I used to own a Honda dream Neo(110cc) and upgraded to CBR250 and I've never regretted my decision..
With Livo, you are commuting. With bike of your dream, you will be riding it. My father gave me choice of Splendor or Nothing. I waited for 7 year and bought Pulsar. I am glad I didn't fall for Splendor that time.
With this weight it will be the most fun bike....45kmpl mileage, good low and mid range acceleration....smooth refined engine, honda reliability...what else do you need in a bike...😎😎😎
A good upgrade, we people should stop looking at numbers n just focus on experience.. example : apple phones, they don't focus on numbers, but overall experience..
Is engine cooling necessary?? It is having low compression ratio so I think it is not needed, and also older hornet was too good for long rides so this will also be
Except for the stiff suspension there is nothing else that can bother you. You wouldn't even feel it is underpowered until you cross 110 or 120. Pretty good bike for city commute.
Honda my request is, Make it 200cc, and 6 speed gearbox + slipper clutch & Bluetooth connectivity. And rear mudgaurd replacement. These are required for me. And who agree me?
Man CB Dazzler is so underrated. I sold my bike 6 months back after travelling more than 1.5L km. I've never experienced such comfort on any bike and hornet reminds me a lot of Dazzler
Question to who ever reads it.... Based on the touring aspect as well as a daily driving basis and also considering the price(under 2L) and its features which bike is good?? HORNET 2.0 or APACHE RTR 200 4V or the FZ 25...or any other suggestions?
A bit more poke at least in terms of torque, dual channel ABS, connectivity should have been included for the asking price. Now it maybe an enjoyable motorcycle, but so is Apache and it offers more as well.
Hornet 2.0 vs Pulsar NS 200 vs Apache RTR 200 4v? Want to upgrade from a 150cc bike. Purpose will be both highway as well as city usage. Please suggest.
Lighter ,more fuel efficient ,shorter gears so shouldn't be much slower. Should be more reliable in the long run and with better after sales and parts. Not to mention the refinement. It's competitve enough .
Bhai log I am owner of honda 2.0 It has a mixed review in honest... There a oil leakage issue .... back suspension is very hard seriously.. harder than duke....There is runout problem of wheels in front and back wheels... people cant notice it.... While driving if u leave the handle it goes on to the left side.. the allignment issue . .back brake is waste...no use.. fuel indicator doesnot work properly.. once it shows 3points again it shows single point... god only knows why? This is bike that costs1,50,000 ...felt like waste... better to go for low end bikes at least u can save some money... fuel price is also increasing...mileage is also 40kmph not that greate..But lowend and mid end torque is very Good that is the only likeable thing.. remaining all worst.
Hi Sir, thanks for the video. I need your advice... xuv500 bs6 wait period is 2-3 months according to the dealer I visited (nearest from my town), which means delivery will be in December only. Meanwhile I am hearing (not from dealer) that xuv500 next generation is going to be launched next year 2021. So, do you suggest that I should wait for the next gen? If I go ahead to buy the present bs6 xuv500 and if next gen is launching within March 2021, I am afraid that there may be room for regrets. So what do you suggest?? Thanks 🙏
I bought Hornet this March-end. For about 1.5 months I am using it now ( around 1200km driven ). My first choice was the MT-15 better engine. The main reason I did not choose MT is the small pillion seat ( There is no pillion seat for grown adults). pros : 1. Best stability corner. ( fun to drive in corners and fun to overtake other vehicles) 2. Best Mileage. 3. Best seating for rider and pillion. 4. Best Throttle sound. ( only Morning and Evening ) cons : 1. Engine getting too hot in noontime ride. ( morning and evening you can feel a smooth engine and superbike level throttle sound but at noon throttle sound itself differ ). **R15 and MT15 has a liquid colling engine My second choice was R15. reason for avoiding is seating position and handlebar. My suggestion buy R15 and modify the handlebar. ( TTF did it in his R15 bike ) reference video: ua-cam.com/video/bz1jtJyB18w/v-deo.html
@Rishaad Mody eagerly waiting for the highness which is anticipating for a while... Please review it as soon as possible..... Waiting for it in ur style
Even I asked my father to get me Yamaha Rxz blue colour in the year 2002, but my father got me hero honda splender 99cc. Even today its running fine😂😂😂
@@Masters_Yukesh indeed bro, they shud have gone all out against ns200 n’ apcache 200 with specs such as 200cc engine with 22-24bhp and 18-20nm of torque. This would have much more sense. Imagine this... This bike with dual channel abs and an extra 6th gear and with liquid cooling and also a engine above 250cc and a good tank capacity and finally tubless tyres... Then it would be perfect 👌✨
Hey in Punjab its available for 135k on road. Should i buy it or go for Apache 160 which is priced at 115k on road. I wont buy Apache 200 bcs both 160 and 200 have exact same looks and thats only thing that matters to me. I am not gonna race or anything. Please tell me which is better in looks. Only style and looks nothing else. Thats the thing I'll see to buy. Tvs showroom in my city is shut down for some reason so cant see for myself in person. Will have to travel to other city. So is it worth checking out?
pillion height is high,no dual channel abs,bad design of rear view mirrors. i like the upside down fork, headlight design, meter console design, alloy wheel design, key on petrol tank, led in head and tail lights and engine design.
Yes the new hornet 2.0 is very good improvement from old bike. It has created a new segment. Yes it lack the features like connected tech, performance but still its great, fun riding bike that handel's so well, its fuel efficient, it's reliable and the looks are very impressive to . Value for money not but still the hornet is good option to look at. waiting for comparison video. 😍👍.
If someone has 1.55-1.6 lakh to spend and is in the market for a sporty commuter Hornet 2.0 puts not much on the table other than that USD which is not a necessity in this segment. USDs come with their own maintenance. 2004v and NS200 literally puts a lot on the table...
USD suspension, LED lights,Honda emblem doesn't make this bike worth 1.71 lakhs in Karnataka...go for most utility and affordable bikes Yamaha FZ,Or Hero Xpulse these are far better than Hornet 2.0!!
I'm an owner of this Hornet 2.0. Engine is rough and you don't like to push it more then 70. Rest is okay. Half baked product from Honda. Now a days Indian companies are giving good products at right price. Japanese products made in India are over priced and not worth the name any more. Eye opener for me who always bought Japanese products.
If you want a feature rich bike which have more performance than this bike go for rtr 200 the best value for money bike out there If you want pure performance go for ns 200 no doubt

Exactly
Honda s engines are the best

Hornet delivers 50 kmpl mileage....just change tyres and chain sproket on time...also filter amd engine oil...rule the roadss....
what? is livo a bike?damn activa has more power than livo😄😄
Lmao, so true. Bike prices have already increased and on top of that fuel prices. Every good bike is now above 1L
With Livo, you are commuting. With bike of your dream, you will be riding it. My father gave me choice of Splendor or Nothing. I waited for 7 year and bought Pulsar. I am glad I didn't fall for Splendor that time.
I have a old cb hornet 160r and it gives around 55 kmpl mileage in local (Delhi).
Same is expected from this ❤️
With this weight it will be the most fun bike....45kmpl mileage, good low and mid range acceleration....smooth refined engine, honda reliability...what else do you need in a bike...😎😎😎
Definitely better than cheap rtr200 and ns200 honda engine enough I will blindly go for this.
Styling is spot on. Rest everything is okayish.
Your face, everything is on spot
A good upgrade, we people should stop looking at numbers n just focus on experience.. example : apple phones, they don't focus on numbers, but overall experience..

I'm very much confused in these three
Tvs Apache best

Xblade,Hornet, Hornet 2.0 .. nothing for the power hungry customers..how many more commuter bikes do we need Honda ?
Yes
Coz you don't really race on Indian roads but you commute
I am 5ft8.
Will I suffer backpain if I ride 30 - 60 min in city traffic?
I usually commute by car but now, leaning toward bikes.
usd forks on such a motorcycle? just amazing! screw the mt-15, fzs and the duke 125.
Love honda bikes for its smooth engine ... excellent riding position and great turn radius... I have CB Dazzler ❤️
And very bad after sale service 😂😂

I think most will recommend Apache in terms of VFM
When is the H'ness CB 350 going to be available for review!?
As soon as Honda can provide a test bike.
9th of October
5-6hp more power and weight under 140kg in this bike would give a tough competition in the segment.
How is suspension set up ??? Is it harder than fz 25 and fz v3 ???
A bit more poke at least in terms of torque, dual channel ABS, connectivity should have been included for the asking price. Now it maybe an enjoyable motorcycle, but so is Apache and it offers more as well.

Rishaad speaks so smooth. Nice review!
I feel like Honda is charging a premium just for the USD. I mean we can get a better offering from TVS at an almost similar price range.
yahh
xtreme 160R gives same performance and features for 1.2 lacs
honda asking 30k more for USD forks😂
But you won't get that engine from vibrating TVS
Lighter ,more fuel efficient ,shorter gears so shouldn't be much slower. Should be more reliable in the long run and with better after sales and parts. Not to mention the refinement. It's competitve enough .
Not saying one is better than the other. It really depends on the buyer.
