Owner of this bike from last 8 months. Here are a few Pros and cons(First 3 months)
Pros :
1.) Exceptionally good handling - you will just love to ride it in city or on highways.
2.) Superb Comfort - For Riders it's seat is very comfy but for pillion i ll give 8.5 out of 10
3.) Great for Cornering - If you live in a place where there is a lot of cornering , this bike will amaze you with the confidence it gives while cornering.
4.) Decent mileage - was 40-42kmpl of mileage before first servicing but they said it ll increase to 45+.
5.) Grabs attention - It's something new on Indian roads + it's golden USD forks looks amazingly sexy.
6.) Power - IT can beat any bike(under 200cc) in 0-70km/hr speed, even That Roaring Apache !! . Very strong mid range . Cruising speed is 90-100 without any vibration.
Cons :
1.)NO ABS on rear disc - This was disappointing. The rear wheel does skids on heavy braking. Should have been there.
2.)Creepy sound from rear disc - Rear disc sounds like RAT while braking, however it got fixed after first servicing.
3.) Stiff Suspension - It has adjustable rear suspension which is pre fixed on stiffer side. But on positive it gives confidence while cornering.
4.) Headlights - Could have been better, specially in low beam.
Many youtubers have posted issue with this bike like oil leakage or others... I didn't faced any such issue except that of sound from rear disc which got fixed after first servicing.
and Yes it ll lose race against MT-15 or Apache but only in top range which is after 90km/hr probably and u don't need that in City even if u like to race !! haha
P.S -- This bike is mature and seeks probably a mature rider who loves riding rather than speeding or doing drag race !! :)
After almost 8 months - done 2000+ kms )
Additional pros :-
1.)Mileage increased to 45+ on a regular basis.
2.) Even after 8 months, people do ask about this bike often impressed by its looks.
Additional Cons:-
1.) Need to install additional rubber mud guards in front wheel. Makes the engine really dirty in rainy reason along with body. Thankfully no stains on legs , but still engine looks really dirty after a ride.

pillion seat is better than apache 160 4v?
i felt apache pillion seat is narrow and short even though its single piece seat.
so this one is split seat. but is it anyway better or worse when compared with apache 160 4v?

Honda bikes are always expensive than other brand. But when you own a Honda bike you will find why they are expensive.
Hornet refinement is very good. At the speed of 90-100 there is no vibrations. Handling, power and refinement is very good. Gear ratio is great. And yes this bike also have GTT like tech (GTT is given in Apache).

Every FI engine have inbuilt GTT..there is nothing new as apache is branding GTT in their bikes.
@@Akki046 lol from where did you read this? I did test drive of Hornet yesterday and there is no such thing as GTT in that
This is how a keen eyes review a bike. I have watched a lot other reviews on Hornet 2.0 and none of them mentioned the paint fading problem of fibre parts in previous Hornets. I have seen that many times in older hornets and they really look bad. Other important thing shown here is the way in which we can minimise/maximise the LCD panel brightness.

Good Comfortable in height...
5.5 feet is enough .. Good pick up ., glamourous design., front abs giving confident ... Can reach 60 to 100 easily with out vibration... But below 60 not giving smooth ride., 5gear's not enough., changing gear is slightly harder., i think after 2 service this problems wl rectify.,

Dazzler changed the design revolution of Honda. Everything looks similar from Honda 😃. Hornet has got USD forks. Oil cooled engine would be impressive as apache200.

@@ushakiran1203 It's a fantastic bike in terms of looks and features and better than most other bikes. Though you might feel little under power when cruising on the highway but overall it's one of the best bikes under 1.6 lac.

Sir there are several problems in Honda hornet 2.0. kindly make a video on that. If u need any proof I can send u. I am also facing lot of problems. But unable to get any help from anyone to resolve it. Honda is least bothered about it. So don't want any other rider should fall in the same trap.

The new honda hornet 2.0 is great looking bike its one of the best in the 160 to 200 cc segment. It has the best in class features like wider front 110 section tyre, golden upsidedown forks. Love the hornet 2.0. Review Video is good, thanks guys.

But now am just using it as a simple city bike. My requirement is daily 30 Kms city ride, good suspension and comfort, Mileage is priority, Pillion Sitting comfort for my mother/wife. My friend is having Hornet 2.0 so we thought of exchanging the bike. What's your suggestion on this..? Hornet 2.0 is worthy to exchange with Xpulse 200 4V...?? Hardly i will go highway or long-tours and in the i will never cross 100 KMPH. I need your suggestion about hornet 2.0 performance,comfort, suspension and overall comparison with xpulse 4V
