The animations and there transitions are so smooth and seamless. Makes you understand why people fall in love with Baiken or Kye, everybody has so much character in there sprites, the cast is classic FGC.

I don't believe that's the case though. Is it not any button with Dust to Burst in +R?
That's correct; perhaps commentators meant slashback?
Yeah, you gotta seal D to lock out burst. HS "only" locks you out of throws and slashbacks.
