We absolutely love The Woodlands Hills, Grand Central Park, and Audubon plus CANEY Mills and MAVERA. They are all great master planned communities. We love Conroe, Willis, and Magnolia. It is so hard to decide which one to choose from. We are praying, planning, and hoping to visit this year and ask all our questions and learn everything we can. We think of living in The Houston suburbs everyday now. It is so beautiful there. We also love Perry Homes, Westin Homes, and DREES Custom Homes. Again, it is hard to pick one because they are all fantastic. Can you please inform me about snakes in the Houston Suburbs? Are there ways to make sure they don't come into the house or the backyard or front yard and in the pools? I have researched that there are plants that we can grow in the front yard and backyard that will keep them away. It is good to learn everything and be prepared for any kind of situation that may arise. We will for sure fill out the form as soon as possible because we have decided that we definitely want to move to Texas and live there forever so that is now completely decided. If we could we would come this month but we have to work things out here to be able to come visit and start the process to move there from Toronto, Canada. We absolutely look forward to meet you one day very soon rather than later. We want this to happen as fast as possible. I will let you know when we fill out the form because your time is precious and we want to fill out the form when we can actually plan a trip and come visit you and proceed from there and as you say in all your videos "We would love to help you make a smooth move right here to Houston Texas/Audubon/The Woodlands Hills/Grand Central Park". Thank you. Your videos are greatly and deeply appreciated. It makes us so happy watching your videos daily and believing that we can and we will move there and happily live there in a great community and have a great life full of peace and joy and success.
Woodforest is further along in development with all of the amenities in place including commercial shopping. I’d say Audubon has potential, but it will be a few years before it starts to compete with woodforest. The location of Audubon is great though being right off 249. I definitely think it’s the next big area. Buying early on in a development is a game changer for equity and home appreciation. But if you want that turnkey master planned community experience tomorrow, you may want woodforest.
Tough call. Both have a lot to offer. Both close to a major freeway. I’d need to ask questions specific to your needs. Both have trees. Not a ton of commercial development finished at either. Amenities already in at woodlands hills and not at Audubon. I like hwy 249 a lot.
Hi Kyler. The Woodlands Hills has a great Gym as I have seen in your awesome videos. Will Audubon also build a gym as one of their amenities? Having a good Gym in the community is very important for my Husband and I. Thank you very much for all of your wonderful videos. We are watching daily.@@livinginhtx
@@livinginhtx I mean I know you’re a realtor and all that do best of luck to you, but it’s depressing watching an area we moved out of Houston to live rurally become suburban and plastic. Also I eventually it’s just gonna drive out all the lower class people that call this area home anyways.

@@livinginhtx actually it’s one of their inventory homes…Anglia. Should be moved in by May! Excited to get invested early in development

Just bought a home in magnolia ridge. Hopefully these amenities are accessible to me as well
Congrats! Typically the neighborhood amenities are just for residents, however the commercial amenities like stores will be accessible to the public
Approximately how long does it take for the tax rate to go down in these master plan communities?
Is it a Sundown town?
No
No!
I was also curious
Stop suburbanization of rural areas
Good luck, it’s inevitable with all the growth here. With 249, magnolia isn’t rural anymore unfortunately for those wanting to keep it rural
