Halal just means permissable. It does not just apply to food although that is what the word is most associated with. Halal also applies to actions such as remaining modest, you character, the way you speak and engage with others etc. When it comes to food Muslims can eat mean however it needs to be sacrificed in the name of Allah. If its not then its not Halal I.e permissable to consume. At the same time there are certain animals such as Pig that are completely forbidden by God even if you slughter it in an Islamic way. So you can have beef chicken lamb etc etc all of which are Halal if scarifier in accordance to Islamic teaching. But other animals like Pig or drinks like Alcohol are off limits entirely. I hope this helps 🤗

I am in heaven since moving from the UK to Jordan and never having to wonder about or check any food if it’s halal 😍
Really are you happy in Jordan??
@@zainabahmed10 yes, I love it here. Life is so much more real and simple. I gave up work after marriage and I’ve definitely had a lot more money in the past living in western countries, but I am so much happier and at peace. Being surrounded by Muslims and having Islam in the culture is so amazing too. Hearing the azan five times per day is beautiful too ❤️

SUCH A SURPRISE 🎉🎉
Not all gelatin is animal products.
You can use tree gum such as Gum arabic. I use it as a thickener and to make my own incense.
Ofc , gelatin in Muslim countries is mostly from halal sourses
I always wonder, what halal means. I always think that having a halal stamp means no pork but its not lol. Thanks for letting us know
Halal is smth that is permissible to eat or drink. Yes pork does fall in the category of not being halal but alcohol is the same as pork as well
Halal just means permissable.
I love ur videos❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
My family thought Oreos weren’t halal in canada time to tell them at suhoor in 2 hours I’m staying for 24 hours bc of studying today
I keep kosher and I can confirm that Oreos are kosher so they should be halal!
Kosher + with out alcohol..means halal so kosher alone doesn’t mean halal
@@nanomazaj79 there is not any alcohol in Oreos…
Gelatin can also be the feet of cows

I WAS IN AMARICA FOR 5 YEARS AND ATE ALL OF THESE MAY ALLAH FORGOVE ME
I had a month long quest to find halal marshmallows in Japan so I could eat them with my bf. PSA: Some donki stores have international sections (shout out Mega Donki Shibuya), and some of their sweets are from Turkey, which means that sone of the Haribo are halal, including marshmallows.
I have a 2 really big questions I'm obsessed with drawing fictional characters(anime/kawaii/cartoon that stuff) and reacently I found out that it was haram after my friend told me so I searched online and there are mixed result some saying it is okay some saying it is not okay some saying it is good to avoid it even if it's not haram etc. and I'm very confused because I love art and giving it up is like losing someone I love. So basically I ain't to know Is drawing fictional characters haram?
Second question I love crochet and knitting and I love making plushies and toys like baby cats and stuff like that and I'm not sure if it's haram since I'm not idolizing them I just really love these two hobbies and it hard to give it up and they have eyes so I'm not super sure if it's aloud in Islam. So Is crochet and knitting haram?
PLEASE PLEASE MAKE TWO DETAILED VIDEOS EXPLAINING THESE TWO SUBJECTS.
In Islam even being alive is haram🤦🏽♀️
drawing fictional characters might be haram but I don't necessarily think crochet and knitting are

It is, but you should not eat something that may cause you harm, wether quickly or slowly long term
I left islam and now they're halal😅
Still not halal but okay.
Thank you for informing us on halal snacks 😊. I am Muslim.
and have been eating these without knowing there were not halal .
Don't worry, it is okay if you do it unknowingly. Just don't eat it intentionally then it becomes a sin.
Pro tip: if you live in a muslim country, maybe your country has made the food stuff halal by changing ingredients so you can eat them.
@@BurgerBurger-db9ftOk ,thank you 😊
I grew up in a Kosher home and spent my childhoood searching every food package for the kosher symbol. Kids today have no idea how easy they have it. These days there is so much Kosher junk food! I don’t keep Kosher now, but I still feel more comfortable eating Kosher or Halal food. It feels like I am more certain of what I am really eating. Meat is a whole other story I won’t mention. Definitely feel more comfortable with Kosher and Halal marked meat.

Guys cheese is halal-
Literally one of the main dishes in some muslim countries have cheese in them
The cheese used in it is haram, since if the animal was not slaughtered the islamic way, the cheese is haram.
