    You should never wrap the wire around the screw in more than a "U" shape (the wire should never cross over itself underneath the screw). This can potentially result in a poor connection because when tightening the screw down it can _feel_ like it is fully tightened, but then the wire can shift underneath it and actually become loose later (I have actually personally seen this happen, too, so it's not just a theoretical concern).

    On rough in inspection, I got dinged for not grounding the box.
    I said that the yokes on the 2 devices were grounding it, as they were grounded and screwed to the cover, and a meter would prove it.
    I was told that the cover screws were not listed means of grounding the box, so I had to add a ground.
    Then we moved on to the next thing, a junction box with no devices in it.
    I had a box ground there, but I asked what grounded the steel box cover if the cover screws were not listed grounding devices?
    He had no answer, but passed it anyway.

    Canadian boxes come (usually) with the screw in the box (often 2) and there are ridges on opposite sides so 2 grounds can go to that location.
