@@mikede2464 hi @mikede2464 - thanks for your feedback! Would you prefer these videos without captions? What is it that annoys you about them? I would love to get your feedback (the captions are an experiment) :)
@@CameraShake The captions are EXTREMELY distracting. I minimized the video and just listened to the audio. I understand English perfectly well. And why you had to separate all the videos with Gavin instead of a single video is beyond me. Are you STARVING for views, likes, and subscribers? You won't get any of those from me.
@ hi @dvongrad, point taken about the captions. The full interview (without captions) with Gavin is available here, I hope you enjoy it: The Future of Photo Education with GAVIN HOEY ua-cam.com/video/ds3y3giiGZw/v-deo.html
@@CameraShake I'll give it a go. Not to tell you how to run your channel, but consider putting chapter markers into the full video so that viewers don't become confused or disillusioned by watching repeats of smaller videos.
Interesting thoughts, I’d add that higher end (paid) photographers are paid for their original thought, their unique interpretation of a brief or an assignment. Right now AI has no original thought. This could lead to absolutely no business in the middle/lower market because people just use a phone app. Problem is that higher end clients are now reducing their budgets by A LOT. I suspect the only ‘bread and butter’ for photographers trying to earn a living will be live events… weddings/concerts etc…AI can’t touch that. Still life, food, interiors and lower end fashion/e-commerce will all be done with AI… THIS YEAR… sorry but it will, creative budgets are controlled by accountants these days and if they can ‘save money’ they will. AI is ‘good enough’ for them. The law needs to wake up quickly because I don’t want be sold something based on an AI image that is, or could be, misleading. The law should state that you see a real product within advertising, not an AI generated toothbrush/box of cereal/car/pair of shoes etc… Just my thoughts
Ugh...those captions.....(sigh).....can't watch it.
