So excited you did so well in the last episode. Never rooted for a team as much as we are rooting for you guys. So many times I wish I could see your kids faces as they saw the stuff you guys have done. I am sure the reactions are priceless.
We love you! Lol. Ok, but what was up with your makeup that day? Actually made you look much more stressed. My husband commented too. But you won the leg, so... bring on the stress makeup, I guess. You guys are so wonderful. Thanks for getting us through this pandemic with your wonderful selves! And for being open about the mental health challenges. Stomach aliens, brain aliens, you pop them back in and keep moving. Love your whole fantastic family!
It really resonated with me when Kim said she had to think "what would a person without anxiety do?" and then do that thing. I have huge social anxiety and I have to basically do the EXACT same thing. I tell my husband, I am going to "flip the switch now." And I have to mentally go from social anxiety-ridden me to this completely different person in order to function in social situations with tons of people. It's exhausting afterwards but it gets me thru it. Glad I'm not the only one!
Yes! People are always surprised when I describe myself as introverted. “But you’re so social!” they say. Yes, I *can* be social; in fact, I can be really funny (I’m told) when necessary. Buuut then I go home and sit staring on the couch.
Oh my gosh, yes! I am going to incorporate this into my ongoing quest to work on my own anxiety and depression. "What would a person without anxiety or depression do?" And then do that thing. YES.
I was nodding along with this. I have severe social anxiety. My husband and I are part of a charity group and I have to interact with people a lot. I literally ask myself how would someone not terrified do.
I think the thing I like the most about this season of the Amazing Race is it feels like, even though you're in a competition, you all seem so happy and supportive of everyone on the race. Yes, there's competition, but it feels like there's less...friction. There doesn't seem to be the animosity between the teams I've seen in previous seasons, and I wonder how much of that is the fact of the precautions have caused you to have more time to get to know each other, or if you're just all SO GLAD to be doing something that feels semi-normal after 19 months of COVID life.
I think because we had a chance to get to know each other before Covid and the weird trauma of leaving the race bonded us all. And the way we traveled so closely helped us get to know each other really well. We all respect each other.
I love these podcast recaps almost more than the show itself! It's such fun to see you two and hear the behind-the-scenes details. So excited for you to make it to the end. You are rocking this season.
OMG, Right?!? I love these! My husband and I watch the show together, but he would rather watch brooms sweeping the ice or a movie we have seen 1,000 times. This is the best!!!
I think it's kinda funny that everyone thinks Dusty and Ryan are the ones to beat. You guys are kicking ass and are right up there placing first multiple times but you are so darn lovable no one is intimidated by you 💗😉
They are absolutely the ones to beat! Ryan and Dusty have the physical advantage but only by a bit, Penn can hang. They have more life experience than Dusty and Ryan and often the mixed-gender teams do better because tasks aren't always just physical.
My wife and I are cheering for you. You have made our Wednesday nights Amazing Race necessary TV. FYI, I used to work at one of the largest cheese packaging companies in the country. The cheese you buy in rectangles and half moons comes to the packaging center in 740 pound blocks and it’s covered with green mold that must be scrapped off before it is cut and packaged. So, if your cheese is green, cut off the mold and enjoy. BTW, as a midwesterner we love your Midwest neighbor. She is so spot on.
I’ve been waiting for this post since last night. Can’t wait to watch it… I’m actually commenting before even watching the recap!!! So happy you placed 1st on the last leg… this year everyone is so lovable!!!
Kim, a 12 step maxim is “you cannot think your way into right action; you need to act your way into right thinking.” So, well done! You’re awesome! ❤️❤️👍
What I find so wonderful about these podcasts and watching you on the show is how you prove that you need to work on your marriage always. It doesn't just happen. You don't just "have a great marriage", you are two people committed to each other and committed to constantly working on bettering yourself and your relationship. It is a great self awareness/other awareness balance. I love to see it.
Kim, thank you so much for saying how a person without anxiety and depression would be doing things. I’ve been to many therapists and this is probably ,for me, one of the greatest ways to problem solve my motivation. Thank you so much for giving me this fresh outlook. BTW Penn really was dead weight in that kayak leaning back like that. LOL. You both rock!
I am laughing! Can I I tell you how much I love you both! You two are the most respectful “fighting couple” I have ever seen! I love the good example you two are of people who have disagreements with out tearing each other down, and that good marriages do exist!
As a family that owns horses and mules with pack experience...your mule selection instincts served you well! Duke was clearly the pick of that string. Well done!
My daughter who has anxiety and depression, used me as an example. She said to herself what would my mom do. It was pretty humbling, being her "normal" person. But she was able to start and hold a conversation with a total stranger. I'm glad you found a way to work with your anxiety Kim.
That idea of pretending to be someone without anxiety/depression is a real therapeutic technique! As a therapist I can tell you. It’s called opposite action and it’s very effective 😊❤️ good for you Kim!
I so wish my therapist (any of them really) would have given me this guidance. But I will take it from Kim, and from you... and the other commenters here!
I love all of this! A couple days ago I started relistening to your book and am at the part when you talk about a two week trip with no internet or phone and how Kim was anxious when her bag was dumped out and she was getting scolded in another language. I love hearing how Penn helps you process what you’re going through! I’m thankful for not only how fun you are but for how honest you are. I got married March 2020 and struggle with anxiety too and you have helped me have tools to share with my husband not only what I’m going through but what I need. You guys really are such a gift and my marriage is smoother because of y’all.
I never watched the amazing race until you guys were announced to be on it. There’s something about you guys that feels like I know you. As a 42 year old woman, I find you so relatable - so it feels like I’m rooting on my friends. Go Holderness Family!!
I feel like I relate to them the most as well because I'm about the same age! And I'm also planning to move to Raleigh or Charlotte, and just really love the positive vibes and kind energy.
While I admit Penn's point that when paddles are on opposite sides of the "kayak", they can crash into each other, I'm mostly on Kim's side here. He thought he was helping when he actually wasn't, because even one stroke of his paddle on the same side as Kim's WAS turning them . . . BUT of course there were special circumstances to him not quite realizing what was happening and getting synchronized and in unison was not entirely possible at that point. I was glad to see that video of you guys kayaking, though, because during the episode it was showing everybody else on the river, and the entire time I was wondering, "Why didn't they show Kim and Penn paddling, even for a couple seconds?" Now I think I get why that particular footage didn't make the episode itself. ;)
We were so excited to see you guys come in first! When you chose the mule task, I was yelling “don’t work with the animals!” But I’m glad you didn’t listen because that was absolutely the right choice.
Wife and I met in Raleigh. I was there 10 years. Remember you from news days. Subscriber for years on YT. So fun to watch this race journey. These recaps are so fun, getting the real perspective. My wife says Kim is her spiritual partner, with anxiety and plants and kids. We are loving this. Congrats, and hope to see you at the final finish line.
@@holdernessfamilylaughs she said “here’s to being fellow plant moms” LoL oh, and let’s not forget the pillows. You two and your pillows. It’s like you’re twins.
Lol, the kayak fight. At least you knew how to kayak. It was painful to watch some of the other teams kayak last night. Great job - love, you guys and you've been so fun to watch on the Amazing Race.
Oh man, I have loved Amazing Race since the beginning and I've watched you two over the years. Since COVID though, my love and appreciation for you and what you do has skyrocketed. When my wife and I heard you were on the race, we were thrilled because it's like we know someone on the race. It's been super enjoyable to see you work together and to watch these recaps.
Been listening to your book and you mentioned going on a trip for a few weeks without kids and without phones. Immediately I thought "oh my gosh that had to have been on the amazing race!" Makes me really curious now to know what part of the leg the airport incident happened at. Also have been loving the book and audio book is definitely the way to go. I love all the extra additions.
• My name is also Kim • I have major anxiety issues • "What would someone without anxiety do?" is such a great tip. THANK YOU. • Our family hasn't watched Amazing Race in years, but are big fans again thanks to y'all!
Hey Kim , as someone who struggles with anxiety and depression I find you to be inspiring and encouraging. I alsohave ADHD! I am so greatful that both of you are so open about your struggles and work together so positively to support eachother in your own way. I know I am not the only one you"ve helped.God bless you both! PS I am following the race just because of you guys and ofcourse are rooting for your team!🙏💗😁
Y’all rocked it this past episode! Ryan and Dusty are great, but it was very refreshing to see someone else (especially you two!) get first place. Given that you said you found it advantageous to leave in the second group on this leg, it’ll be interesting to see if you have any issues being in the first group on the next leg.
Oh man, I really loved watching Akbar and Sheri! You could tell that they were encouraging each other and love each other and I wish more moments from the extra clips were included in the broadcast. They have such an awesome story, too. As a mom, I can totally relate to your kids 100% humbling you. I SEE YOU, NEW KIM. And Penn speaks French? How have we missed this?
I used to watch "The Amazing Race", but drifted away from it after about the 10th season. I believe that the very first video that I watched on you channel was the Hamilton mask video. I love this season of "The Amazing Race", and I love watching your videos. Even though you have your tough moments, just like EVERY relationship that has ever existed...EVER, the communication between the two of you is really comforting to watch. Can't wait to see what comes next!
As someone who also struggles with depression and anxiety, it was really interesting hearing you approach it as "what would someone without anxiety/depression do". I don't know if that would help me when I spiral but it's worth a shot. Something I've referenced before is a list of 10 questions to use as check-ins. It's called Everything Is Awful And I'm Not Okay (it will pop up if you Google it). It asks you things like have you eaten recently, have you showered, do you need water, etc and then prompts you to do those things and see if you feel better after.
Thank you for this comment. I was thinking “I WANT to try doing what someone without depression would do, but it feels SO impossible. The checklist would help me a lot! I bet it would help my son, too ❤️
Penn, I know all about that hernia problem and fix, been there, done that, ouch! Get the repair done-it was two weeks out of work, then all was good. Completely worth it!
Thanks for making some progress with the frames. 🙃 Kim, thanks for your honesty and openness on dealing with anxiety and depression, it's a great inspiration to me and I'm sure many, many others.
Thanks for really talking about tools you use as someone with anxiety and depression. I live with this as well and using the perspective of what someone without these issues would do is so helpful. Thanks for being so open Kim
I love how in this episode Kim is so brave and decides to take on a new personality and I love in the recap Penn is so sweet to her about it. Love you guys and can't wait to see where you go and what you do next Wednesday!
Kim, I love how honest you are about anxiety and depression. I struggle with it also. I have used your tips on your blog to help me. You are so inspiring!
I watched season 31 today and started season 1 bc of y’all!! The host is a BABY!!! I’m stoked for a new 30 someodd season series!!! Much love ❤️ I hope y’all win season 33!!!!!!!!
While in Florida, my lovely, wonderful boyfriend and I got into a kayaking dispute in front of our guide 😏😂 Like you, we both made the quick decision to not do "that" at that moment. Nah, that epic argument waited until we got all the way back to California! 😳😑 Pretty much our arguments are interchangeable 🤣 Thank you for being so transparent and real about what actually happened. You two are such a wonderful couple, and we have so enjoyed witnessing how you both hold space for each other, and also acknowledge "Everybody Fights." 💗👏🏻
The first episode I actually watched since I don't have cable. I was visiting a friend and she was flipping past and I insisted on watching just because of you two lol I was so happy to support you from afar and totally recommended your channel to my friend. Congrats on a great episode!! (P.s. Glad you chose the mules)
I've never gotten around to checking out The Amazing Race, but I definitely had to watch because of you guys! It made me finally stop being lazy about hooking up our antenna. I'm hooked on the show now! Love you guys and the recaps!
The Amazing Race is chock-full of life lessons! I love the observation that you may have a plan but you have to be willing to throw out the plan and go with the new information when the situation warrants. At least, that’s what I took away from your conversation. BTW Penn, cats are AWESOME and you were blessed by the chat-Gods even though you’re not a cat-person so you must be a great guy. And Kim, you can cut the mold off a good cheese (especially cheddar) and keep eating. And with blue cheese, you eat the mold too! Personally, I give blue cheese a pass though I used to love blue cheese dressing. NOTE: I wouldn’t try this with Velveeta… Love you guys and rooting for you every week. You rock!
So much here. Penn - get an operation. It will be so much better quality of life. Think 3 months vs forever. Kim - do love all versions of Kim. I see myself in you. Last summer when we were first able to go out, I announced to my husband that I was now “chill me”. He laughed but I was really trying to imagine what that would look like and then try to be that. Lol. It has helped but I also don’t want to fully replace me. Cheering for you both. 🏆
I am happy to know I am not the only one who puts things in random odd places. I swear I spend most of my time looking for things I have misplaced. Also I really get what you are saying about what would a person who is not depressed do. Many times I have to make myself smile and then eventually that I feel better and that smile is real.
Ohh, I was wondering why Penn looked so odd in the back of the kayak, thinking perhaps you were losing air and sinking! I'll have go watch the UA-cam clip. You rocked it "new Kim"!!
I love ya’ll. I’ve watched this episode a few times and love the dynamics of this conversation about the kayak. I’m pulling for ya’ll too. You do the 40s very well.
You guys are amazing! We have never watched the amazing race before, but cheering you on weekly has been what I look forward most! I straight up screamed at the TV and started jumping around my living room when you finished first! Love your recaps and hearing about all that you did firsthand. On the kayaking, though, sorry Penn, I'm team Kim lol! Keep up the great work!
Thanks Kim for your openness with anxiety and depression and your experience disassociating on the show. Very relatable and interesting! Love how you guys keep it real!
It was so interesting to watch this episode after watching your podcast and learning what you had been through, emotionally. I could see a difference in your eyes, and really tell you we’re trying to keep it together
Penn get your hernia fixed sooner than later. You may be out of commission for the 3 months but they are 3 months of your choosing. If you wait until it is a medical emergency it could take you out for longer than 3 months due to complications.
Kim, thanks for sharing your experience with anxiety and depression. I had a couple of aha moments. I particularly related to “what would a person who didn’t have anxiety and depression do?”.
We had to laugh when the expert 'kayakist' (kayaker) was talking about the 'oars' (paddles). Paddling is one of our favourite hobbies so it was fun to see you talk about it.
It's a small detail but what I really love you guys do: You're using the local language, even if it's only a few words! For example when you brought the goat milk. I always enjoy learning bits and pieces of the local language when I travel, to me it's fun and foremost a matter of respect. Love it ❤
I was so excited when you made it in first place. I've never watched this show before, but totally had to when I found out you were in it. I'm glad I chose to watch it. Thank you for helping me try something new.
Oh my gosh. My husband and I used to raft & kayak all the time. When we saw the double kayaks we both looked at each other and started laughing. Bring on the drama. We've seen so many great couples not even be able to talk to each other after being on a trip in a double. LOL
Side Note: My husband and I would 100% break down and argue about the kayaking for the rest of our lives any time anyone ever brought it up. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
We're watching this a week behind to save on subscription fees, but I just wanted to say... I was born with two hernias. My first hernia repair was at age 4, and my second was at age 8. If a runty little girl with EDS can do it, so can you Penn. Honestly, even as a young'un, my life was SO MUCH BETTER after the surgeries than before! In all honesty, seriously consider the surgery. It's worth it.
I was looking for this at 10am today! Thanks for posting! I’m so proud of you guys and what you’ve accomplished and for sharing mental health awareness! TY so much!
There are usually a speed bump for non elimination legs, I didn’t see one for Arun and Natalia. I knew making cheese take time and mules can be stubborn, obviously taking milk on mule's back was a lot faster. Penn, you killed the roadblock, I afraid of water and I don’t like swimming. Nice job this leg. I love both of your reaction at the Pit Stop when Phil say “You are team number 1…”. Also, I watched the extra clip of “Mind Games” You got the prediction correct on Ryan and Dusty's position at the pit stop. I forgot to mention Season 33 is the best season by far, Season 13 next, 17, then Season 7.
On Sheri and Akbar, I have always said that if I were watching my dad on the Amazing Race, I would think he was the worst person ever. In regular life, he is a wonderful and kind man. He’s just very intense under pressure, and that comes out as yelling. Important to remember that people are not their stress responses.
I love that the cat helped Penn because it really reminded me of the very beginning of the first Harry Potter book where Uncle Vernon sees a cat reading a map, and it's Professor McGonagall in her cat form!
He's right Kim...you can TOTALLY do that with cheese haha. I learned that when we moved to Haiti and cheese is homemade here and the hard part on the outside would get moldy and they were like "oh just cut off the hard outer part with mold and the inside is all good"....haha
Kim!!!! What a badass watching you on that kayak! You really stepped up!!!! In all honesty, we were laughing our asses off watching Penn laying on the kayak like a lump on a log. Of course we felt bad for him. But your dynamic is so wonderful that your stressful moments are comical. Love you both!!
Just discovered this podcast and I am so happy. Love TAR and I love you guys and your relationship. It’s cute even when you guys fight! And I am happy that New Kim shared her experience. I firmly believe that you can become anyone you want to be when you put your mind to it. I hope this will help your some of your subbies who let certain conditions define them and feel like they can’t change who they are. Rooting for you both to win the race!
I've never really paid attention to past seasons of The Amazing Race, but I'm watching this season, and even though we've never even met, I feel like I'm cheering on my good friends.
Love you guys!! I literally cry watching every episode of the amazing race and I have no idea why LOL I think I'm just so inspired by you guys. I'm also struck by your love for each other and others. God bless you both, cheers.
So much fun watching. Never have watched the show before. Almost to your book on my reading list. When you take any personality test I always get a result that I should never have gone near my husband. We don't always row together but we're excited to try.
Okay...can I just say, watching you 2 be such amazing communicators with each other is soo inspirational. Im 10 yrs into my marriage and a year from turning 40. Feeling ready for change and improvement. 😁 I think Im gonna run out and buy your book now 😉
I wish pandemic related ITMs were included in the episodes. Did they ever ask anyone questions related to their experiences during quarantine??? Also, LOVE the mental health talk from both of you!! Your openness about it is really impactful and really gets me thinking about my own mental health.
I keep wanting to give you advice after each episode, and then I remind myself it's already over. You guys killed it again. Love the new found confidence Kim! Can't wait for the next episode.
What I love the most about you two in this race is the way you support one another. Even in argument, you can find a way to get the job done. I was sorry to see Sherri and Akbar get eliminated. They are a true inspiration in the work they do. Making it through 6 legs is no small feat. Akbar has an amazing wife. She is pure gold.
Ha I thought yesterday was Thursday and thought they were late posting it. I also tried to watch amazing race Tues. It's been a long week! Keep up the good work guys!
I’ve been waiting for this recap since I watched last night. When you were talking about the New Kim, I was like, “Oh she’s spoofing the videos of what kind of person you will now* be”. Love you guys!
I'm watching the Amazing Race this season because you guys are on it and you guys are killing it! You definitely have to make it to the top 3... can't wait to see the next episode!
We had already been following you guys on your UA-cam channel and have loved watching you both on the AR. My 6yr old son cheers you both on and got really concerned when you chose the mule challenge! Great TV. Love you guys!
Such teeth clenching, oh-no, stop breathing moments!!!! Loving this! Y’all made me start watching the show and what have been doing all these years 🤪😂 For hood ol’ times Here’s a Roadblock for ya…I dare y’all to say my name (Steph Lee) on the next podcast😂😂
Thank you for providing some insight into Akbar and Sheri. The editing quite often showed him being critical of her in addition to lazy and hypocritical, which was infuriating to watch. Given his inspiring backstory, it certainly seemed at odds with what I imagined his true character to be. So nice to hear that he is indeed a good man and husband and not the loser (for lack of a more precise word) the race portrayed him to be.
I agree to a point but .... any man who demeans his wife like Akbar did over and over again is NOT a good man, period. So glad when he was illiminated .
Congrats on coming in 1st and kudos on learning techniques to help deal with the chaos of the race and life in general. I have anxiety and ADHD (so a combo of both of you, lol) and will have to give this a try!
I realize I said season 23. We’re on season 33. I’m sleep deprived. Obviously 😂
So excited you did so well in the last episode. Never rooted for a team as much as we are rooting for you guys. So many times I wish I could see your kids faces as they saw the stuff you guys have done. I am sure the reactions are priceless.
That would be awesome!! Any chance that could be included in a recap episode? Preferably the one where you wn the $1,000,000!! 💰👍☺
Or time travel? Did you break a magic hourglass with a hammer by any chance?
Pfft. I knew what you meant.
We love you! Lol. Ok, but what was up with your makeup that day? Actually made you look much more stressed. My husband commented too. But you won the leg, so... bring on the stress makeup, I guess.
We kayaked on our honeymoon on Kauai and they called them “divorce boats”. 🤣
Anxiety + plants + kids = spiritual partners!
Haha!! Good eye. Yes. This was a sneaky race reference (pre-pandemic)
Yes!!! I just listened to the book last week and thought the same thing!
• My name is also Kim
• I have major anxiety issues
• "What would someone without anxiety do?" is such a great tip.
Thanks for doing the recaps. Really got a good laugh. Cheering you on.
I love your post race podcast as much as the race itself. First season I have ever watched the show and am loving it.
Thanks for hanging out with us!
Same ❤
I used to watch "The Amazing Race", but drifted away from it after about the 10th season.
I bet it would help my son, too ❤️
Yes, this is fabulous 👌
Thank you!
Thanks for the list idea, it is SO helpful.
Thank you 🤗
Penn, I know all about that hernia problem and fix, been there, done that, ouch! Get the repair done-it was two weeks out of work, then all was good. Completely worth it!
Thanks for making some progress with the frames. 🙃
Kim, thanks for your honesty and openness on dealing with anxiety and depression, it's a great inspiration to me and I'm sure many, many others.
Thanks for really talking about tools you use as someone with anxiety and depression. I live with this as well and using the perspective of what someone without these issues would do is so helpful. Thanks for being so open Kim
I can’t tell you how much I look forward to watching the race and then your posts! It’s the funnest part of my week! Thank you.
I LOVE the structure for these recap videos. Great job! I never watched the Amazing Race before, but I am really enjoying this season.
I love how in this episode Kim is so brave and decides to take on a new personality and I love in the recap Penn is so sweet to her about it. Love you guys and can't wait to see where you go and what you do next Wednesday!
He WAS steering the wrong way! LOL But love you both!
RIght??????? THANK YOU!!!
Kim, I love how honest you are about anxiety and depression. I struggle with it also. I have used your tips on your blog to help me. You are so inspiring!
Thank you for sharing. ❤️
I second this.
You rock!
The two of you are so fun to watch. Thanks for posting these recaps.
Many times I have to make myself smile and then eventually that I feel better and that smile is real.
love the place markers on the left, so organized and comforting! why can't all podcasts do that
You guys did so awesome!!! Kim and Penn you are such ROCK STARS!!! Love you both and your family so very much!
Thank you so much for the support.
Ohh, I was wondering why Penn looked so odd in the back of the kayak, thinking perhaps you were losing air and sinking! I'll have go watch the UA-cam clip. You rocked it "new Kim"!!
I love these recaps, the behind the scenes is so interesting. I’m getting top three vibes from you, but I’d love to see you win!
Haha! The cat was telling you "Don't worry, you will come out of this leg in first place." I loved when Kim shouted to the guys "Save me some cheese!"
Love this - guys your podcast needs to continue as a video blog too - just love it. Well done one coming first one this leg of the race 😀
I was so excited for you when I watched last night!! You guys rocked it!
Oh my gosh. My husband and I used to raft & kayak all the time. When we saw the double kayaks we both looked at each other and started laughing. Bring on the drama. We've seen so many great couples not even be able to talk to each other after being on a trip in a double. LOL
I was sooooo excited when I realized you were coming in first. I was sitting here with a crazy look on my face!!!!!!! Way to go you two!!
Thank you ❤️
Side Note: My husband and I would 100% break down and argue about the kayaking for the rest of our lives any time anyone ever brought it up.
TY so much!
Thank you for watching!
I watched every season of the Amazing Race but I LOVE watching this year because of you guys!
I get so riled up watching the race that I can’t sleep after. So proud of you guys!!!!
On Sheri and Akbar, I have always said that if I were watching my dad on the Amazing Race, I would think he was the worst person ever. In regular life, he is a wonderful and kind man. He’s just very intense under pressure, and that comes out as yelling. Important to remember that people are not their stress responses.
You're doing so well!! I love watching you and feeling like I'm living the Race with you. Keep it up you two. #KimandPenForTheWin
I love that he thought he was helping dragging himself in the water 😂
Thank you so much for the love.
😁 I think Im gonna run out and buy your book now 😉
Congratulations on winning this leg! Love your banter on this podcast and your Ted Talk Kim! Keep rocking this show!
Congrats on finishing first this leg!!!!!🥳 I love watching you guys on the Race, hope you guys had fun and finish first!🤞
You both make me smile and laugh. Thank you for adding laughter to a rainy day.
I’ve been waiting for this recap since I watched last night. When you were talking about the New Kim, I was like, “Oh she’s spoofing the videos of what kind of person you will now* be”. Love you guys!
haha!! I needed some mind tricks to make it work.
Listening to your post - episode podcast is like getting two episodes of the Amazing Race each week. Love it!
Thank you for watching!
I wished the showed more shots and footage, even after having just watched it.
Kayaking. Go go Kim!!! You left me cracking up!
I'm watching the Amazing Race this season because you guys are on it and you guys are killing it! You definitely have to make it to the top 3... can't wait to see the next episode!
This is definitely one of the hardest mental/ physical things we've ever done.
We had already been following you guys on your UA-cam channel and have loved watching you both on the AR. My 6yr old son cheers you both on and got really concerned when you chose the mule challenge! Great TV. Love you guys!
Episode 6 has been my favorite so far! Love seeing you guys on the show
Such teeth clenching, oh-no, stop breathing moments!!!!
