News Gang: A recap of the Finance Bill 2024 townhall

On Wednesday night, the Royal Media Services conducted what can arguably be submitted as the biggest public participation exercise on the Finance Bill 2024. In media parlance, we had a broadcast version of stop press. Three TV stations, two radio stations and our digital platform dedicated more than five and a half hours to an extensive discussion on the Finance Bill 2024.

Yes that’s what we have done,ppl are up in arms why mama ngina and uhuru has not had their share of millions and free cars free fuel yet the poor are going hungry ,some ppl don’t even have a roof over their heads yet some of these Rich people want more and more.Its all about attitude more than 30 employees for a former President,well paid why not just 10 even developed countries don’t have 30 staff after office.These ppl have looted the country clean ,instead of asking them questions we throw money at them surely.
