    1:16 starts the transition to Mhysa
    1:34 it really starts to kick in and with that dragon shadow flying over makes it really epic - gives me goosebumps everytime.
    2:06 no more GOT main theme, just Mhysa
    Very intelligent arrangement, great playing

    I have to get this off my chest. It takes many times listening to your renditions to truly understand how amazing you are. I've never seen peices customized like yours. The way you build up intensity and then just go off is magical. When you slam your arm on the keys then build up to the 2:20 part and play those piercing octaves, I feel it so strongly. You're a phenomenal musician Jarrod.

    Attention pianists! I notated the Game of Thrones sheet music with a few ossia measures that provide the pianist easier music for the left hand to play should the pianist not feel comfortable playing the more difficult music as originally notated.

  • @Fun14Stuff
    @Fun14Stuff 9 років тому +171

    When I was about 7, I started taking piano lessons. Around a year later I quit the piano lessons, which was a bad mistake.
    When I was about 12, I started getting back into playing the piano. That was when I found your Pirates of the Caribbean and Harry Potter videos. I learned mostly by UA-cam tutorials and playing by ear. I still continue to learn that way.
    I'm 14 now and I'm in the 8th grade. Next year I'm going to high school. My high school has a class in which I can learn to read sheet music and learn hand movement and whatnot. And I plan on attending this class.
    The point is you inspired me to start playing the piano again. You will forever and always be my favorite pianist and inspiration.

    I love how you get into character for each of your pieces and how you dress up for each one, as well, which is why this one is my favorite. With the sword leaning against the piano, I have this image of someone trying to attack you while you're playing, and you just effortlessly leaping up and drawing your sword, taking them down in a few powerful strokes of the blade! You play piano in a way that makes me think of how you would fight with a sword. Powerfully and effortlessly. Wonderful piece!!

    See now this is what a piano is designed for, not playing small chords for background music in a band. It is such an underrated instrument nowadays because any kid in a school band thinks that they can play it, because they can play hot cross buns on it. Musicians like this (Jarrod Radnich) deserve fame, because this is where the real skill is at, not the shitty pop singers that seem to get it

      Theres different levels of piano and the instrument is so versatile you can use it for anything. Theres plenty of pop singers who implement the piano into their music in good ways, just that Jarrod Radnich takes it to the next level.

    • @eliargumedo4728
      @eliargumedo4728 4 роки тому +2

      Sometimes, skill isn't the only thing that makes a pianist good. If a kid who knew all the chords and knows every little bit of the piano and knows all the rythms and notes yet has no passion when playing it, it would be a waste. I have a friend who can't play as well as most pianists, pretty average "skill wise", yet when he plays, he plays that damn instrument with all his heart and emotion and he makes modern piano artists look like ametuers.
